Fairfield Inn & Suites Jefferson City

The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was always so kind and allowed us to make arrangements when we wanted to setup a surprise party in the lobby lounge for my mom!

The breakfast was the same every day. No real ability to lounge in the room, an ottoman would be nice for the corner chair. There was a group of men in the lounge around 4/5 pm everyday that, one day, harassed me for READING because the lobby lounge was the only place to really lounge that was not the bed. One of them knew the employees so I'm not sure if some/all worked there or not.

The staff was fantastic, we arrived early they cheerily were able to accommodate us with an available room. Gave great directions to activities in area and had a good sense of humor

Was disappointed in the thin small towels, this is a Marriott property and expected better. The dispensers in the shower for soap and shampoo either weren’t filled or didn’t work. Both small things but expected better for the type and class of property.

I liked the times for breakfast on the weekend. I also liked how clean the rooms were.

I know with Covid you need to go with prepackaged breakfast food,but I missed a better choice of hot food . Like bacon and seasonal fruit choices.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!! Room was very very nice and so comfy!! Shower was great and the body wash and shampoo were too!!

No soap at the sink! I had to go to the shower for soap every time I wanted to wash my hands. Other than that every thing was great.

It was close to where I wanted to be. Easy to access from the highway. Check in was super easy and friendly. i LOVED the pillows! I had hurt my neck and they felt perfect.

That I did not have time to stay for Breakfast! I really had no complaints.

Breakfast was OK, the egg omelet was a bit rubbery. Would have liked to have biscuits, rather than just toast or a bagel. There was a good selection though.

Would have liked to have a bathtub.

It was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

Better housekeeping. We were there 4 nights and our trash wasn’t emptied. We had no housekeeping due to short staffing.

Clean, welcoming and good location. Love the walk-in shower. Good hot breakfast. Coffee and cold water available when we got there.

I asked for a quiet room and ended up next to noisy stairway.

Breakfast was good and liked that pool was open and had food you could charge too room at anytime at front desk.

Check in was fast and easy and facility was very clean and great location.

This hotel was in a good location, clean, and friendly staff.
