Baymont by Wyndham Jefferson City

This hotel was a great value for the price. It is located in an excellent area in Jefferson City, MO, that is close to many establishments and downtown. This was my first time staying at this chain but will not be my last stay. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the amply parking on site, and the location. I did not eat breakfast, so I don't know the quality. It is an excellent value for the price. The onsite manager was nice and friendly.

The cleaning staffs' schedule didn't mesh with our schedule.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. It was very clean and possibly recently renovated? The breakfast also exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t expecting much but they had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cereals, oatmeal. Yogurt, toast, bagels with cream cheese, coffee and several types of juice. I am quite critical when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel was very clean. Like other reviewers, I did experience a loud popping noise coming from the fridge all night at random times but that honestly did not detract from my stay. We slept right through it. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good and it is a great value. The hotel has recently undergone a renovation -- not 100% finished yet, but close.

The mattress was not very firm.

Location of the Baymont is near the Missouri capitol building and accessible to major roads and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, with a microwave and fridge, and comfortable bed. We made a short drive to Sweet Smoke BBQ in a pretty downtown area and enjoyed a nice meal. Daily housekeeping was offered and that's a rarity these days.

A few things seemed to need updates - carpeting, the bathroom door, chair in the room. Overall, a nice stay at a price lower than nearby hotels.

The hotel was in a great location. The bathrooms were newly updated and the room was very clean; everything smelled "fresh"(no tacky deodorizers). Room temperature was perfect.

Breakfast options were meager. Biscuits & gravy, automatic pancake machine that took a minute (each) to create pancakes not much bigger than half-dollar, the breads & bagels were all stale, hard boiled eggs(?) every day. The coffee was good though.

I always choose this hotel when i come to visit family. Even though its been several year since the last time i stayed.The cleanliness of the hotel. The remodel of the hotel. The breakfast that was being served. I see breakfast have changed over the years. But still in over all great stay I will be back in a month.

I didn't like that my key card was not working for the back door to the back parking lot. It let me first time with no problem then after that I had trouble getting in to the hotel. Then the key card started not to work to the room I was assigned too. Also I didn't like that there was only one ice marker on the first floor, I was the third floor. But those was the only problems I had.

Recently remodeled. Modern look. Super clean. Stayed one night. Bed not top of the line but comfortable enough. Fairly quiet climate control unit in room. Typical breakfast items were just average. Breakfast area clean and spacious. Easy access off and on highway. Stay was a good bang for the buck. Would definitely do a short stay again.

TV channel selection could be better. Did not like that remote did not let me enter a channel number directly instead of having to scroll through every channel. Parking spaces very narrow and lot could use a bit more lighting.

The room was awesome, as was the staff. Location couldn’t be beat. All your needs, shopping, etc. , are within 3 miles. Came into town for a show and the venue was less than 3 miles away. I need to give a shout out to front desk staff member Leighann, her dedication to helping us navigate the area was above and beyond, couldn’t have made it without her!

If I had to pick anything, there is only one ice maker. Wasn’t a big issue really, we had what we needed. It’s just a little hike from third floor. No biggie.

Mostly okay. Disappointed that biscuits and gravy hot breakfast is only served during the week not on Sunday. Biscuits dried out and sausage was cold. Very nice breakfast setup and good selection especially the pancake machine. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Surprisingly quiet and excellent mattress for a good nights sleep.

The property is being renovated very nicely but our room had an evident roof leak that was repaired but had not been completed. Desk lamp damaged by water leak was not replaced. Bathroom door would not close due to warping. Dirty stuffed chair needs either a good cleaning or replacement.

The refrigerator would occasionally make the oddest loud noise. The first time I heard it I thought my wife had dropped some hard object on the wooden cabinet enclosure of the fridge. Nothing I can imagine would explain why a fridge would make that sound but it happened more than once
