Kansas City Marriott Downtown

This hotel is so convenient for attending conventions. I loved the pool, even if it was unsettling to know that it was on the top floor of the hotel right above our room. The view was spectacular. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

The rowdy teens at the pool without a parent. In hindsight, we should have contacted the front desk. However, we just wanted to relax in the pool after walking around the convention and just went back to the room.

Was located pretty much perfect to everything. The bell staff and the valet guys out front were very friendly and very informative about how to get some more and also great suggestions. I would give them a 10 rating for sure.

parking, and overflow parking the costs was is kind of ridiculous! The two individuals I’m working the front desk or kind of room especially the gal. I wish I would’ve got her name.

The location was great. It was convenient for everything that we had planned. Parking underground was nice. It’s nice that the rooms have a refrigerator. We had a nice view outside our window of some water fountains

The pool was freezing cold! I couldn’t swim with the kids because it was so cold. It was something they were really looking forward to so it was quite disappointing. The pillows on the bed were terrible. When I booked it was supposed to be one king and one double bed but instead we got two queen beds

It was good. Biscuits and gravy very good.. would like sectioned grapefruit on buffet. Service good.

Had to go to desk to get extra toilet paper. 3 day stay with only part of a roll and housekeeper did not leave another one even though we had daily service:(

The location was great for the reason I came down. My friends and I came down the planet comic con which was attached to the property.

The parking, we got there and we had to park on the street due something that was out the control of the property.

Our waitress for lunch at the hotel on June 23, LUISA, was a joy to be around! So pleasant and friendly - and she provided fantastic service. Super hotel location - two blocks free trolley which runs the length of downtown. Valet service gentlemen were also exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Maybe have hot coffee available in the lobby a little earlier than 6 am? We had an early flight departure and several others were in the lobby at that time as well. (Room coffee not that great. Couldn’t get to work well either.)

Extra security on doors in different bldgs. Coffee guy was great and accommodating, valet was fast and friendly. Room was great and comfortable and the view was good.

Housekeeping walked in my room at 930am while I was still in bed and I wasn't check out..

Staff at the front desk was strangely rude to a customer in front of me about whether he was standing in the right place in line. There was no need to argue with him at all, but she kept coming back around to it. Inappropriate.

everything was fabulous, i loved how it was so modern and the rooms. the staff were really friendly and helpful.

the only thing that i didn't like that much was that i had to pay for pretty much everyone for breakafast.

I enjoyed the staff and the location... The pool was nice and the gym was great...

I didnt like the price... And I didnt like that you have to go online to get my military discount that i didnt get due to the fact that came to the front desk to get 2 rooms... And the price was $308 when sunday and Fridays price was $130
