GreenTree Inn Albuquerque North I-25

I stay here several times per year, and enjoy a comfortable stay at a good price. The beds are comfortable and the A/C & heating keeps things cozy. Breakfast has sufficient choices. The staff does a good job at keeping all the items refreshed throughout the breakfast hours. Pastry, bagel, and bread choices were tasty. There are always at least 2 hot items as well, besides the pancake machine.

This particular visit, my room was fine except that neither the deadbolt lock nor the other "swing over" lock worked-- both were broken. I brought this to the attention of the front desk person who apologized and said they would report it to maintenance (they seemed to already know this was a problem), but it was not repaired during my stay, nor did the staff offer to move me to a different room. So while I could close the door, there was no way to secure it. Before sleeping, we barricaded the door with furniture to block the entrance of a possible intruder.

Juan was very helpful with answering questions, giving us extra blankets and other things. We had a mountain view outside our window, everything was comfortable, and it was close to the places we went.

Make sure to let customers know to turn on the light switch so the tv will work. Also that there is no hot breakfast available (except the Jimmy Dean sandwich....well not until the 31st,) and the internet is temporarily out.

We loved our stay at GreenTree Inn! Rooms were very spacious and bed was super comfortable. We loved the amount of shelves in the shower (weird thing to love but it makes a difference for holding shower products!). Staff were very friendly when checking in and out so overall had a great stay!

There wasn’t anything that made our stay less enjoyable! The only thing if being picky was the carpet in the rooms was a bit stained but wasn’t a massive hinderance to us either as it was perfect for an overnight stay on our road trip.

The bed was very comfortable the room was spacious and very clean especially the bathroom.Access to I-25 and the northern part of ABQ was excellent.

The breakfast lacked many different options. It was scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, coffee, milk, juices each day. It's probably fine for 1 or2 nights stay only. Availability of parking near the rooms was poor if one arrived at the hotel after 8 p.m. Also, parking spaces are narrow for a full size truck. The lock on the first floor from the hotel to the exterior didn't work. The public had access to the hotel via a broken lock. I mentioned it to the staff member and she replied that they have cameras viewing every access. I'm not sure how that would have prevented a security event. Also, the room lacked multiple USB ports that many other hotels offer.

The hotel's personnel were incredibly hospitable, and the breakfast spread was delightful and delicious. Whenever I needed assistance, such as requesting fresh towels or additional toilet paper, or even when I accidentally locked myself out of my room, each team member who helped me was very kind and understanding. I must also note that although the hotel may have been understaffed, the employees who were present did an excellent job. Lastly, the bed was both cozy and spotless.

Despite being an older building, they compensated for it by maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Small TV.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast crew. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. Best of all, the walls were soundproofed enough that I didn't hear noise from adjoining rooms even though there was a baby right next door who I could hear only in the hallway, not from my room. I slept well and would recommend his hotel to others.

They needed more luggage carts. The clerk told me they had one broken cart and the other one was hard to find. The breakfast didn't offer fresh fruit or pastries, just waffles, cereal and toast.

Ease of access to I-25. Breakfast, they have the neatest little pancake machine, both the girls that worked the kitchen were wonderful. Monica was cheerful, up beat and very willing to help us when we decided to spend an extra night!

There are a few maintenance issues in the bathroom, shower head flange not secure to the wall, tub was slow to drain. Not enough light, the lamps on the bedside tables were not plugged in, so we had to move the tables and bed to plug them in and discovered that that area had not been vacuumed in a long time!

Rooms were basic, comfortable. Clean, mostly. Did like that the windows fully opened for fresh air.

Staff was horrible. Waited at least 15 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to check in, then every time we had to go out to our car and get stuff because we'd been traveling all over for days and had a lot, the new staff member would act like he didn't recognize us and ask if we needed to be checked in. Lots of knobs missing throughout the room, and various other broken items.

Bedding clean and fresh as well as clean towels. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The rooms smell good. No lingering odors. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Air conditioners in all the rooms have knobs missing and are hard to adjust. Also, carpets are stained on all the rugs in the rooms I have stayed in. And lots of stains in hallways and in front of elevator. General upkeep needed for corners, and floors in bathroom around the edges. I have been overlooking some of these items, but feel it is time to make you aware of them.

The hotel itself was very nice. Everything was clean and we'll taken care of. The staff was nice and the man running the breakfast station was very personable and professional. The lobby was very nice to walk into and the room was just as spacious and welll kept.

The area itself is less scary than downtown but it is not a safe place. There are a couple of precautions but nothing to deter thieves in the parking lot. The abundance of unhoused people and crime in the area is staggering. Be very careful and do not have rooftop storage unless its heavily safeguarded. Even then.
