SureStay Hotel by Best Western Albuquerque Midtown

The air conditioner worked really well. And besides everything else, the stay was exceptionally good.

My room door looked like someone tried breaking in once apon a time. The door also didn’t lock. The floor itself looked and felt really dirty. The tub was dirty as well. They made me give a 200$ deposit because I was a resident just in case anything was damage and of course I had the funds for it but they need to make that clear when booking cause sometimes people don’t have an extra $200 to be on hold until they check out. There was also no parking, it was awful.

I have no complaints. My room was on the first floor which was great because I always overpack and it was clean.

Parking lot, there should be enter and exit signs so you don't have two way traffic when there isn't room for it. The coffee in the lobby is way better than the in room coffee is. Which isn't surprising but it was extremely bad and most likely due to the coffe pot not being cleaned properly or it was the water.

The breakfast every morning is good. And the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi where nice. Our grandkids loved it!!

The hotel was clean and I was able to get fresh linen everyday, but I asked for my room to get cleaned and all the lady did was make the bed. She didn't clean the sink, tub or floor or fill up the tissue.

I was so happy to see smiling faces at the front desk and that was a great beginning to a two night stay in Albuquerque. The room was so big with the biggest bathroom l have seen in a motel. A wonderful breakfast in the morning before we left for day trips. Loved staying there and would highly recommend it. Great value for the money.

Price was great and the room was very nice and clean. The staff did great in cleaning and maintaining the hotel. No weird smells like you usually get from budget hotels. Breakfast was good when it was available. The housekeepers and female receptionist were very friendly. Location is conveniently located next to the freeway.

Breakfast was only fully served once out of the 3 days we were there. Maybe they just ran out of food but it was a bit unfortunate they didnt restock. Location is great for quick access to freeway but not many things in the near perimeter

We always stay here when traveling to or thru Albuquerque. The staff are really friendly & helpful,the location is great..rt off the I-25 N,rooms are really clean(no carpet!)beds are comfy,fridge, microwave,bathtub!!..hot breakfast to please all! & a pool & hottub!

The rude person at breakfast who, (with several people behind her) wiped out all the eggs & sausage ! Lol

The room was comfortable and check-in staff were very helpful.

Room was a bit stark but comfortable. Went to check out at the front entrance at 0645 and doors were locked and no staff in sight. First floor carpeting is in bad need of replacement, appeared to be quite dirty and worn.

The beds were great the pool looked good we did not use, the room was clean and in good condition, the Wi-Fi password they gave us did not work but I got to use the business center computer and print what needed at no charge

The ATM was out of order and the vending machines only accepted cash.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent customer service. Smells nice. Family friendly and super helpful staff.

While the hall carpet is stained, you cannot smell pets at all. Smells nice and clean. Room keys rarely work on the first try. However, I definitely will stay again and will recommend to all Albuquerque visitors.

The property is rt off the I-25/I-40 junction, Convenience store,dine-in & drive-thrus within a mile..property very clean,rooms have all the amenities, fridge,microwave, bath-tub. There is also a pool & hotub.We had a full hot breakfast! Very good.lots of choices.Staff very friendly & helpful. We would stay here again.

The rooms were small but everything else made up for it!
