La Quinta by Wyndham Albuquerque Journal Ctr NW

I just want to commend all the staffers at this hotel. My brother and I were in Albuquerque to assist our elderly mother, who was in a nearby hospital. The front desk were very accommodating on all things... I arrived before 3 pm and fortunately my room was ready for an early arrival. Desiree helped with some faxing, that we needed due to my mother's hospital stay. Melinda showed me how to set-up Wi-Fi on my Smart phone (I did not know how to do this!). Everybody was super kind and patient, during a very stressful family visit to Albuquerque. The breakfast was ample every day. Thank you for the fresh oranges and apples, available all day long.

We always try to stay here on our trips to ABQ. It's the perfect location right off I-25, a halfway point to I-40, Rio Rancho, Corrales, great restaurants and shopping. The room is always clean and quiet.... And better than the hotel next door to it Breakfast was the usual toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal and pastries, but we'd like to applaud Wes, the young man who was in charge of keeping breakfast items stocked and tables clean. He performed his job well and took careful pride in his work. He was courteous and friendly and personable. Say hello to him while you're there

The hotel is close to the freeway and the area was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but there is a Dennys and Cracker Barrel down the street.

There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room as listed in the description of the room, housekeeping is only available after the third night stay, and the ice machine was not working on our floor and had to go to the second floor to use the ice machine.

No one at the desk for over 15 minutes. front desk phone off the hook, could hear the desk clerk in the bath room in the lobby on the phone have a loud conversation, later while trying to get the luggage to our rooms, a guy drove up and parked in front of the front door and was leaning on the counter chatting with the clerk. Very unprofessional

Room was clean.. the beds were comfortable and the service from every employee was outstanding. Definitely worth a try and will be recommending..

The breakfast was severely lacking.. as stated in previous reviews everything was of the packaged variety including tha waffles which was particularly disappointing. If the breakfast could be improved then watch out DoubleTree and Hyatt!

The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The woman who works the night shift was such a saving grace after a long trip here, I wish I knew her name! She was lovely. They were able to accommodate me and my concerns about being on the 1st floor. The room was big and comfy. Bed was soft and comfortable - I loved it. Blankets were thick and warm. And even the towels were nice and fluffy and not of a poor quality. Very quiet, undisturbed trip. Ample room and friendly assistance whenever it was needed. This place is great.

Everything was great

All the details stated in the information about the property was true and correct. Renting an apartment was beneficial for our family because of the amenities offered - the whole kitchen area and kitchen ware was super awesome! The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy! It really felt like home.

The design of the apartment was not cohesive. However, my kids loved the brightly colored walls.

The rooms not overly decorated or stuffed with unnecessary furniture. A desk and chair, bed, single comfortable chair and plenty of lighting with a ceiling fan and A/C. Room is well situated and flows nicely.

Exiting from parking lot to main road, there's only a right turn allowed and carefully make a u-turn. Pool closed. Have breakfast a bit longer on weekdays, 9am is too early.

My dogs and I felt very welcome. Great staff

Facility Over booked? Hard to keep up with everything, especially the trash overload by the front entrance. Pretty yuk greeting when going into check in. Makes you wonder "how clean is the rest of the bldg.

Bed was comfortable, room was in good condition and reasonably clean, everything worked as it should, staff was very friendly and professional. Room was not overly perfumed/scented.

Breakfast was minimal, toilets were lower height and the seat was loose, carpet had staining but did feel clean under foot, noise from freeway was annoying in the morning starting just before 6AM
