Staff was nice, AC/heat worked well, bed was comfortable

Check-in took a long time, we all woke up with bug bites

The hotel is clean and affordable. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, iron and ironing board, excellent cable TV, plenty of places to plug in phone chargers and such, a good-sized wardrobe, and plenty of room. Friendly staff.

The parking lot has some huge potholes, and the soda machine flat stole my money. But, these, to me, are minor matters compared with the excellent staff and the many amenities in the room.

We liked the location, felt it was safe for parking our "loaded" car. Good WIFI (daughter uses it for streaming). Room had a room-safe, reefer, freezer, coffee maker, big TV. Staff were nice. They had a laundry. Although there were negatives here, see below, our stay here was fine. We liked the place, and liked it was half the price of a hotel a mile down Hwy 528 that had a "bigger" name but basically the same amenities.

Really disliked SANDOVAL County Government shutting down all Indoor Public Pools due to "Covid." Let's face it, only unvaccinated people are at risk, a risk they've chosen. Why penalize the vaccinated? Anyhow, the pool here was closed. The paper-bag breakfasts -- due to "covid" -- were not great. The drink vending machine had no diet drinks, only bottled water and sugary drinks. NO DIET COKE!

Clean & comfortable. The breakfast is good but I wish they had eggs. The front desk clerk, Sam, was very friendly, professional and I had a nice conversation with him.

The outside grounds are in need of an update. The stairs are breaking up, and paint is needed everywhere.

I made an error when I initially made this reservation. I was going to be arriving a day earlier. The staff at the hotel helped with this so quickly. No worries at all. I arrived at 9:30pm and everything was in order. Also, there are two restaurants for dinner just across the parking lot from the front entrance. Very nice breakfast with super friendly staff.

Liked everything hotel had to offer quiet. A/C works well Clean and comfortable Rooms have a fresh clean smell Housekeeper found some items that we left behind and return them to us very in trust worthy staff. Will be planning a trip with friends & relatives in the near future hopefully book the mountain view executive suite. Thanks for everything

The location was perfect for our trip and activities while we were there. The hotel was new by any means, but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

The side entrance was not secured. There was a key card lock set up, but you could just enter without using it.

Friendly staff. Great restaurant next door!

Sack breakfast was disappointing. Sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was frozen in the middle and didn’t heat up well in the microwave. Didn’t even bother to get one the second day.

Cleanliness. Location. Staff.

Very clean rooms. Lobby staff was awesome, funny, and very helpful. It is located very convenient to amenities and expressway to get to Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Only downside was no pool open and no breakfast bar due to COVID. Bag breakfast is provided.

The best thing about our stay was the service, especially from the front desk person Bino (not sure if the spelling is correct). She called us before we arrived to see if we needed anything and her assistance while staying was a 10+. She is great!
