Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque North/Rio Rancho

Great location

The walls are paper thin. I could literally hear the whole conversation from neighbors. The pillows were ridiculously thin as well

It was quiet but for the noisy heavy equipment storage lot directly behind the hotel toward which my room faced.

Web page for the hotel indicated a "bar and grille" within the hotel. There was none which probably explains why there was no photo of the alleged establishment. The choice of beverages from the substitute "bar and grille" was extremely limited and much of the food on the so-called "menu" was not available. The occasional dog barking was a bit annoying. I am a dog lover but the inn needs to decide whether or not it is a hotel or a kennel.

I didn't want either the large buffet or a large breakfast. The restaurant staff was very kind to make me a couple of eggs and a single slice of toast at a greatly reduced rate. The coffee is always free, and it was pretty good. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Kim texted me after I got settled in my room to be sure everything was OK. Since we were there only one night, we didn't see the cleaning staff, who would have arrived after we checked out.

Rates have gone up considerably since my first stay, which was over 2 years ago. I'd like to see lower rates.

The rooms have been upgraded with new fixtures and I will be happy to stay again, it is in an idea location for visiting family. I have stayed here before and honestly, I wasn't looking forward to it, on previous stays I rememberthe rooms were small and dated. However the property upgraded the rooms to be much nicer.

The wifi was slow at times.

Super clean. Great service. Spacious room.. family of four no NEED TO PAY A SUITE.VERY HAPPY. INDOOR POOL GREAT.

Room was great.

Upon arrival and check in, my son and I had to wait in the lobby additional 20 min. After a long day of driving. Only because the staff implied the booking info was not in the system yet. And later she implied she could just transfer information. Like if that was doable it should have been done at the fist place. Which I frown upon. I expected a better check in rather than having us wait longer just to check in. We arrived later than our check in time. There should not have been any delays.

The location was good, right off a main thoroughfare but was not easy to get into. The lobby was beautiful, quite spacious and quiet. I LOVED my king room. Clean, quiet and super comfortable.

I honestly can't think of anything about my stay that was bad. If anything, it would be getting into the parking lot but the stay itself was stellar.

Hotel room was quiet and clean best sleep in such along time Next time when we come to Rio Rancho we will stay longer at your hotel front desk staff made checking in and and quick and easy House keeping keeps rooms immaculate fresh towels and hygiene products stocked up every time. Great place to bring the whole family together for any occasion. This is our new favorite place to stay when we make a visit to Rio Rancho hopefully sometime soon. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Forgot about breakfast that we paid for when booking over slept because beds where so comfortable and room blacked out couldn't see a thing

We liked our room, very comfy bed, bathroom very clean.

The only think we did not like it was that we thought that our stay included breakfast but I think that was our mistake because probably my husband thought that we did book with breakfast included but maybe he did not. Any way... that was the only thing. :)

This property was clean and quiet over our weekend stay in August 2022. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The lighting in the room was very good and there were plenty of electrical outlets.

The HVAC vent cover in the bathroom was covered in accumulated dirt and dust. Only one elevator was operational. Ice machine on our floor was out-of-order.
