Extended Stay America Suites - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho Blvd

Easy check-in and most importantly the customer services. My family and I had reservations at another hotel for weeks, but at check-in they couldn't expect my card payment unless for another $250.00. That didn't set right with my family. So last minute I had to fine another resort for my family. SO HAPPY WE DID.. My family and I got a very nice room and with a better price. I could not ask for more. Save our family trip. Gave use a chance to relax and rest. From a all day event. Thank you so much (LIAM) for being our Hero.

Convenient location for our needs. Quiet halls and well maintained outside areas. Staff at desk were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have coffee available. The space and set up of the room allowed us to spread out and relax.

The towels were too thin and scratchy. We bought our own at Walmart. The couch was broken. The couch needed cleaning and we could see there were toys or something underneath it. The desk chairs need a good scrubbing too. Bathroom door completely cracked. The place has been used hard and could use some updates.

We stayed at this location for a little over a year while looking for a home when we first moved to Rio Rancho in 2008. We relocated last year and came back for Christmas with family. This location is still as nice and well kept as it was years ago. So lucky we were able to get a room there.

The bed was comfy but a little to soft for our liking. But we are the type who like very firm sleeping. It will probably suit most people.

Everything worked, everything was very clean. King room had kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, micro, sink, 2 burner stove (didn't use); table wing with 2 chairs. Bed area had 1 nightstand, 1 desk with chair. Living area had recliner and couch, TV. Recliner worked great, didn't need to open couch as sleeper, but I think there was only 1 sheet for it in the closet. Bed had 4 pillows and was comfortable enough. Room had 2 AC/Heater units, one by bed, one by couch. Location was good for us. 5 minutes from Rust Hospital.

Was on the side by the road, so it was a bit noisy, not terrible. NO kitchenware, nothing! Brought paper plates and K/F/S sets, dish soap and small scrubby. Maybe due to COVID? No coffee maker either, no instant supplied. No breakfast due to COVID.

THE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. We checked in at 1am and whoever was working was so friendly and kind, gave us a discount on the security deposit. When checking out the GM, Wayne, was super friendly and kind. The staff MADE this an enjoyable stay.

Room was clean, but dated. There was a dead wasp on the window and dust on one of the side tables. One of the lamps had a busted light bulb

The staff did not tell me about the Brea kfast on site I wanted to stay one more nite staff didn't want to help me book I had to do it on line with help from my daughter the housekeeper man was so nice ask me what I need ed give him a raise .Ireally enjoy Ed staying there .

They don’t bring clean towels daily, was told to come after 9pm to get clean towels. Went at 11:37 pm to get towels, and was told to come back at 5:00am. I don’t know why they think people want to be up all night trying to get clean wash clothes and towels. I have never experienced this before at any other hotel.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. He was friendly and helpful.

We did not know there was no coffee pot/dishes in the room. The last time we stayed at an Extended Stay we had a coffee pot in our room. There was no decaf in the lobby.

The room was bigger than I expected.

There were some issues with my online booking but once resolved we were in our room. it was clean, and a great value with a family. Full kitchen was very nice, perfect for longer stays.

Location. Clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast Dry muffins and granola bars. Could offer a better breakfast for the price
