The view is the best thing about the property! Morning coffee on the balcony with the birds was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed including cooking utensils and was very clean. The AC was a welcome amenity as it was warm and very humid. The pool was small but nice. Finally the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

It is a bit dated. We were given an ADA accessible room (which was not requested) and everything was modified from the original height so the areas of repair were very noticeable. The rules, while necessary in some cases, seemed a bit excessive and made me feel a little scrutinized and on edge because I stressed about making sure we were following everything. Otherwise the view outweighs anything bad about this property!

We loved the nice rooms and beautiful views. The beds were so comfortable we slept good and woke up feeling rested. We enjoyed the pool and game room. Staff was kind and helpful. I also loved the dishwasher this was my first time using one so convenient. Most important my kids enjoyed it they asked when are we coming back to stay here again. Overall we are happy. Thank you!

It is past time to replace the worn mattresses on the beds. The on- site recreations lock up at 7:45... heated pool... hot tub... grills... tennis... basketball... ping pong... lots to do, just not much time at the end of the day.

The views, the pool/hot tub, the room, balcony, fireplace, and overall facility were great!Everything was clean, looked great, and provided a peaceful enviting Ruidoso experience.

The bed could've been more comfy. It was a first though, in having to clean up the stay so much (stripping bed, cleaning dishes, taking out trash). Also we wished the pool hours were opened later so we could enjoy after dinner.

The location is superb - high on top of a mountain, overlooking the city. The facility was well-maintained. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues to be addressed, but they did not affect our stay.

The hard-surface floors were not clean - they were sticky and very dirty. There was not a mop in the unit, so I used wet towels to "mop" the floor, then exchanged the very dirty towels for clean ones.

Need a softer bed/foam layer on it, no hand/bath soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen, pool/courts/activity areas closing so early (7:45 pm), not told about having to check out pool towels at the front desk until after my final swim of the trip, people allowed to smoke weed on the property

The location is great. The heated pool is excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The layout of the kitchen and kitchen equipment was very good.

The bed mattress was hard as a rock. I honestly didn’t sleep very well the entire time because the mattress was so bad. The window in the living room looked like it was about to fall out and could be a hazard to a small child.

Great place to stay. Will be back. 👍👍👍

Next time we will ask for an upstairs condo. Not a big problem. But the people above liked to stay up late. Not a good th ing anymore for an old man and his wife. But other than that. We LOVED it.

Beautiful place, we love the view. And we will return next year..it is our mini Vacation for the year. 2nd year there. And we loved it.

A tv in the first floor room...other than that, the pressure on the shower was very low but duable.

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the fridge was nice and cold, very clean. Everything was fine. We loved the excellent responses to what we needed. Great staff, quite location, very clean rooms and many little extras. Kitchen was fabulous with everything we needed. We went to relax and got just what we needed.

We had no problems with anything. Every request we had was met.
