Hampton Inn & Suites Ruidoso Downs

The location was great and convenient to everything. The breakfast was really good. We loved the pool. It was easy to book our stay even though it was last minute. Checking in and out was a breeze. No issues while we were there. The hotel was very clean and it met our expectations. This is where we will be staying every time we come to Ruidoso.

The property is close by one of the popular lakes. Also, the scenic view of the area is wonderful.

Everything is was exceptionally clean. My only was the door to the bathroom is a sliding door which didn’t feel private but other that

The location was great! The breakfast was okay. I don’t like to warm up food in a microwave so I was disappointed but I know covid has messed up most things, including fresh hot meals at hotels. I liked the quietness of the location. It did appear clean over all for the exception of the syrup I mentioned earlier.

What was really disappointing is that someone spilled syrup on one of the breakfast tables in the lobby and it wasn’t cleaned until the next day sometime after breakfast that day. The front desk lady didn’t seem very friendly. I’m the one who told her to have a great day. Our room 214... had issues with the water draining every time we took a shower.

I absolutely loved the fresh scent of cleanliness of the room as soon as I walked in! I loved how quiet it was in my room although i was placed near the elevator i was never disturbed by any noise to distract me from enjoying my rest.

I did not like the service I received as I was serving myself breakfast for myself and my family during this pandemic i took my servings to my room and asked politely what a box of a meal was and was given a harsh answer by one of the team members for a simple question.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool was excellent at just the right temperature and the water was clean. Family had a lot of fun. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Noises from other rooms were almost non-existent. We would definitely stay again.

Cleaning staff failed to throw away a trash bag under the sink with a dirty stinky diaper. Other than that, everything else was great.

Very clean! And super quiet! Beds were comfortable we loved our stay here!

The room was very comfortable with the extra space. Bed was comfortable so slept great.

It was clean, cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.

At check in, front desk lady was not friendly. Overheard the other front desk lady explain to another couple how they were doing breakfast that was included with their stay. Our girl didn't even smile or explain anything to us, just gave us our room key and told us "room is on the 2nd floor".

The kitchen and shower and the bed were great

The setup of the room was weird with the table in the middle trying to separate one room.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were super soft.

The breakfast included was to go, a bag that included a bagel, yogurt, and boiled eggs which btw didn’t taste very appealing. The sauna was out of service but the pool was open but not heated.
