MCM Elegante Lodge & Resorts

The property is beautiful, set in the mountains this was like an all inclusive resort. Hands down, best complimentary breakfast I've had. Cooked to order omelettes, not to mention HOMEMADE posole and Red Chile. Elk crossing the fields while sitting by the fireplace, and the sun setting does not get any better.

Jets in the hot tub could be higher, and the rooms are a little dated. But all in all I enjoyed our stay. We were not able to attend the horse races nearby due to new owners which was really a bummer, as this was the reason for our trip. BUT the hotel made up for this with their exceptional and friendly staff. THANK YOU!!

The location was wonderful and the ground were beautiful!

The room did not feel clean and it felt dingy and not taken care of. Complete opposite from the lobby area. Was had scratch paint where it looks like furniture once was. Fireplace was chipping, rust in freezer, ice tray dirty, coffee machine dirty, inside of nightstand dirty, card that spoke about cleaning of room, was written on and dirty, no soap in shower, lotion bottle dirty on outside and looked used. Sunday staff seemed not interested in helping. When we called downstairs for laundry bag, we were told to come down stairs and get one. At that moment, we had 3 housekeeper on the part of our floor that we could see from our door. So I went and asked them. Dinning table was dirty from breakfast.

The staff was top-notch with service and hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, amenities were great and I was surprised by the over-sized jacuzzi in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Wish I could go back to this facility today. It was an exceptional stay.

The refrigerator rattled..I unplugged it…easy fix. I would like to see a 4 or 5 star restaurant at this facility. Everything was so wonderful at this hotel that I didn’t want to leave to eat. Even an outdoor venue would be different and fun through every season but winter…just a thought. They do offer finger food (wings, pizza, etc.) at the bar. I just personally wanted something nicer.

The rooms we nice and reasonably priced (we went in the summer/off-season); the breakfast buffet was very good and the food staff were super nice and helpful; nice walking trails to take you around the gold course and into the town, if you wanted.

The toilet wasn't secured to the ground and would wobble when you sat on it; It worked fine, but was just awkward and a little concerning; The A/C took a little work to keep a constant temp through the night; Overall, the place was great, just perhaps starting to show a little age

The staff was awesome. The hotel was very nice with comfortable beds.

it’s not the properties fault but the people above us kept running across the floor very loudly and the person in room next to ours kept letting the door slam loudly every time the went in and out, which was a-lot. This all took place at night when we were in bed sleeping and again VERY early in the morning, while we were still trying to sleep. People are just RUDE!!!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

The huge, massive, outdated tub in the bathroom. The jets looked rusted and dingy. I recently pulled a muscle in my back, and it was very difficult to get in and out. I was afraid I would fall. I also didn't like the water head because the water sprayed everywhere and the water pressure wasn't great. I hope these things can be updated because it is a beautiful hotel and we do plan on returning.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great Thelocationwaa perfectto everythingww needed.! We will definitely come back!

The room needs some upgrades. The futon was not very comfortable. The kitchen needs to have some cooking pans and utensils. The shower head could use an upgrade; the water was very spread apart it was difficult to wash the lower part of the body or the kids.

The location was perfect for the golf tournament being held on property. Breakfast buffet was very nice and they also had a made to order omelet or fried egg option. The hotel and breakfast staff were terrific. They have a great area with a fire pit and a couple of BBQ grills so you could bring your own food to grill and eat at the tables around the fire pit.

The rooms could use a little updating - I understand it's hard with COVID but it's something for them to think about in the future. The only way to get a patio or balcony is with a king bed room that's not an option with a 2 bed room.

We always enjoy our stay, it's a beautiful facility. My husband enjoys playing the golf course. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially the waitress at the bar.

One of the biggest concerns was that the bath tub is very slippery. We had to put a towel so we wouldn't slip. Also I had mentioned this before on a previous stay, the TV's are very small, especially for a suite. Lastly there was a used towel hanging on top of the shower curtain.
