Hilton Garden Inn Clifton Park

My friend and I were almost staggered by the friendliness we encountered from EVERYONE at this Hilton Garden Inn. From our initial greeting at the front desk to our LOVELY server Danielle at dinner (where we had a delicious meal) to our breakfast server to various housekeeping staff to the front desk at check out, the warmth, kindness and generosity almost bowled us over. We began by smiling about this and departed feeling so cheered by the atmosphere that we have spent days since remarking on how lovely everyone was. Kudos to you all. The top execs at Hilton should be made aware of what a terrific job you are doing and use your facility when they train others. Thank you for a lovely visit. Oh, and hold on to Danielle. She is a treasure.

The staff were very helpful and courteous no matter what time of the day or what you needed. The room was clean, bed comfortable and had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool was a little chilly but the hours it was open was great, 5am to 10pm. The location made it so we really didn't need to drive to many places, right in the shopping plaza was a brilliant idea! Breakfast on our last day we had at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good and the wait staff were very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Restaurant was excellent. Service was great. I had a Caesar Salad with Steak Medium Rare. The best I've ever had. Plenty of everything steak cooked to perfection. Wife had cheeseburger she said was very good. Drinks were average priced with a generous pour. Breakfast we choose to eat ready made buffet as we watch our calorie intake but custom omelet and pancakes/french toast made on request. Fresh fruit and all other normal breakfast requirements were also available. Check-in was fast and easy. Check out was Automatic. This is located in a mall area plenty of shopping if that's what you like. There is a movie theatre Attached to the Hotel, but movies start early Last showing starts around 6:30. Hotel pool looked clean but we did not use, and the exercise room was nice had all you would need.

The tub in our room was slightly worn but in the end we loved the value we received at this hotel. The room doors also close loudly so if you have neighbors either consider slowly closing them if you are a late night person, or be prepared to be awakened by one.

In room coffee machine was clogged and when I stepped out of the room to ask cleaning staff about it, she let me know that she would have it replaced. 5mins later I had a brand new un-boxed coffee machine outside my room door.

Large room with separate seating area with wet bar, couch, tv, and desk. Bed linens were very comfortable. Large bathroom. I guess we had a suite. Which I didn’t realize at the time. Very commercial area. Mall across the street. So lots to choose from if you wanna grab a bite to eat. Room and hotel was very relaxing, and quiet!

Location perfect. Told waitress what I wanted, they made it exactly as I wanted in my time frame.

Small luggage carts would be big help for guests staying for several nights.

Very good ,lots if choices, Noel our hostess in the morning was very cordial, friendly. Night bartender at 30 Park (Nancy)? Was great. Also nightly entertainment was sa bonus.

The breakfast is always delicious and staff is very courteous. On Sunday. Ironing there was a young gentleman who sat us for breakfast who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable

Little issue with our jetted spa tub in room but was able to clear up on first night. Nicole at front desk was very helpful

Staff is very friendly and professional, food is excellent, price is reasonable and rooms are immaculate. Pool is very nice.

Hot breakfast was not available because of covid, which is understandable, as was the lack of room service, but these things were not stated on their website. In all fairness there was a disclaimer on the website saying there were accommodations in place due to covid. But it was still disappointing.

Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. The restaurant in the hotel had great food.

Only issue was difficulty of parking. Otherwise, an outstanding hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Great location with so many places to eat and shop close by.
