Breakfast was delicious. French toasted added or hot cinnamon rolls would be nice. Woman running breakfast was professional in appearance and kept area clean. Hotel is clean. Modern. Love the kitchenetteS! Feels like home!!

No local directory of places to shop, Dine, Visit. Absolutely do not understand the theory behind the blanket with bed skirt attached ! Isn’t cozy at all! If your going to use a bed skirt then use as such. Lady at front desk said always gets complaints. Front desk employees and others , cleaning crew were by far in a professional appearance! Work out capris at check in? Front door, Front desk is your first impression! Only professional in appearance was the woman running the breakfast bar! Home 2 is always our go to hotel! I hope the hotel stays in good repair!

Room layout and features are all excellent, comfortable and frankly some of the best we've ever had! Loved the cubbies for luggage and clothing, the kitchen with dishwasher, sink and microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was very good and staff were helpful and friendly.

Only minus was that one of the 6 ft. metal tracks that holds the curtain chain in it fell off to the ground while I was raising the blind. If it had fallen on me or someone else we could have been seriously hurt. The brackets on the wall behind it look OK, but a different solution needs to be found for this in my opinion, as it's a big chunk of metal in a place that people are standing several times a day.

Everything. The location is great. The hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional and very helpful. The breakfast was great lots to choose from. The 24-hour coffee was delicious. The moment we walked in the hotel Mary at the front desk smiled at us and was so friendly. We continued having wonderful conversations with her daily. She went above and beyond to help us with our Hilton honors account. Janiece from housekeeping was also so friendly. We overheard her singing to herself one day while she was working and we coached her every day to sing for us. She was a good sport again going above and beyond. Chastity was also very nice and friendly as well. We went there last year and loved it so much we went back again this year. We enjoy visiting the casinos in the area. Also our favorite restaurants Adirondack brewery and Barnsiders. We also enjoy the heated pool. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Honestly, there really wasn't anything that we did not like. Everything was great!

Well situated for our trip to Cape Cod . Allowed us to divide our trip home into 2 segments . Great breakfast bar . Excellent staff who were determined to allow us to check-in early . They could not have been more helpful , efficient and friendly . It was a pleasure to be greeted by such wonderful staff .

The property is somewhat dated . Old style carpet , marks on the walls and the halls concerned me but the room was cleaner than the halls .

Cleanliness was not great… Used washcloth hanging off shower, sauce on all handles of the place!! Knife was crusty and dirty in the clean drawer!! Not too satisfied honestly, for the price I paid, I would expect proper cleanliness. It’s like no one checked details. I would for sure like a response and a refund portion due to this experience, the cleanliness could be worth a google review ..

friendly staff - good breakfast - dog friendly - clean spacious rooms with many amenities in the suite…. it was a great stay.

doors are extremely heavy and we are in our late 60’s - seems like a longer fire rated door and that for the heaviness. They were working on water, and it was off 8-4pm. I wish it would have been at 9-10 am, however I understand how plumbers work.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable The reception staff were very helpful when we had a problem resolving the problem to the best of their abilities

The room was mis-represented on Bookings.com, and although the receptionist did her best it still cost us another $70 which was above our budget. The Hilton group have not replied to either of my queries/complaints

Staff was good there when we needed them It was a good breakfast, I like the feeling of being home

I work for a Hilton hotel so I think it's time to change the beds the mattress are not to good and the pillows, maybe off season take at least 2 floors and change them

The breakfast was nice, plenty of variety and the staff were extremely nice and very helpful.

The soundproofing between rooms. I was kept up most of the night by the coughing and TV watching from 4am by the people in the neighboring room. I think everything was cleaned, but the rug is very old and just didn't seem like it was clean due to wear and tear.

Location was perfect! We had a concert but didn’t want to stay in the city. This location was perfect. Not far from the arena or Saratoga and it was so cute. The facility was great as well. Super clean and the staff was amazing. Just so friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
