Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Airport

Typical Hampton Facility.

Stayed for second Day. It was new years day. asked to have room serviced. we needed towel coffee, Tea, Fresh beds Tissue etc. The reception answer it won't be done, there is no one on Duty. Our room was not cleaned well as it had food from a previous client in the cabinet. When we returned to our room That evening, I asked for another room since there were only 9 guests in the whole hotel. The night shift could not help sighting lack of jurisdiction. We needed up with clean towels, some coffee. and what not we got all what we asked for. Looking back The morning receptionist could have offered us another room, that is what an experienced host would have done, but alas her youth was her downfall.

The staff was great at all times.They were able to help with wifi connection and would help us with anything we needed.

The sink outside of the bathroom had a broken handle.We informed the staff.We did not need to change rooms as we were able to use the bar sink.The breakfast was pleniful,but very random choices with the hot food.They had oatmeal,waffle maker,sausage,bacon,and potatoes, but no eggs.Eggs are something that I always see at a breakfast buffet;and a necessity to someone that likes a "traditional" breakfast.I chose not to eat there,however, I would stay there again.

The room was clean and set up in a way that accommodated families. For example, having the second surface that could be used as table with two additional seats is handy when traveling with kids. There was space in the bathroom to put your toiletries or clothes so they would not get wet. These small details make a difference in a positive manner.

The breakfast was terrible. We were staying here with a soccer team with early games so an editable breakfast to properly fuel is important.

Breakfast which was included was great, lots of options and my son can’t get enough of the waffle maker. Gym was very nice and had the necessary equipment and I loved the coffee in the lobby!

Only disappointment was the pool being closed which was one of the reason I booked it so my son could swim at night.

Room didn't have chemical smell (like so many chain hotels). Big room. Thanks for top floor. Good breakfast (more fruit would be nice and better knives to cut fruit with).

Airco was too loud to keep on but room was also a bit warm and stuffy. Hard to find a happy place. Snap to get to airport from here.

It was close to the airport and we needed to pick up my niece at the airport. It was also close to my nephew’s doctor appointment. The breakfast was great with many choices

The pool could have been a little warmer for an indoor pool. I didn’t like when we got there and they couldn’t find my reservation. My first name was used as my last name and my last name as my first name.

Our kids loved the variety for breakfast, it was easy for them to select something. The location was great so close to many different restaurants.

It’s hard when there isn’t very many gluten free options for breakfast. We stayed two nights and our room wasn’t serviced in between so we didn’t have fresh towels the second night.

the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast was average. Our stay was comfortable and it was well worth it. I would be staying there again if I had to. For improvement I would say that maybe a wider spread in the breakfast and more shampoo.

Breakfast was great it was clean well organized with a variety of options to eat, eating areas was immaculate and clean.

Everyrhing was great from professional friendly staff, clean and smoke free rooms, pool and gum were great options also. Loved everyrhing. Will return and stay here.

Room was clean and breakfast was good, had problems with front desk on checking in .I was told check in was at 3 pm not 2 pm, I showed her my email on booking. Com she said that was the Policy
