Hilton Garden Inn Westbury

-thoughtful front desk -room was big and bright - enough desk space to spread out and a nice big comfy chair that could have become a pull-out bed, quiet HVAC -clean carpet -clean beds with clean smelling sheets and new-ish pillows -bathroom was clean and smelled clean -big fridge for putting in water, fruit, etc. -good coffee and tea selection at reception

-elevator is run-down and a bit dirty....doesn't match the cleanliness of this hotel.

The staff that works the desk, was exceptional. Very nice, accommodating and friendly. Both - the person that checked us in and the person that checked us out - were phenomenal,

We had a problem with the bathroom door, that didn't close correctly, otherwise, everything was fine.

room was pretty big and had all the essentials didn’t try the restaurant but they had a good range of food staff members i interacted with were pretty nice

Comfortable bed, super clean linen. Close to grocery store

Thin walls, step sounds from above and even conversation from neighbour rooms was audiable

Staff was very accommodating. took care of requests.

The breakfast staff was phenomenal. The two ladies were extremely friendly and explained what was bring offered for breakfast with great detail.

When we booked through booking.com we paid for breakfast to be included. The next morning, I go down to breakfast and was informed that I had to pay. Iwent over to the reception desk and the woman working told me that breakfast was not included. I explained to her that I in fact paid extra when booking. She looked up my room and made the correction.Not a big deal because it was an easy fix but it should’ve been looked over and explained to us upon check in.

The restaurant food was very good. restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful good bed pantry area had plenty of snacks and water

Room - smoke detector was hanging half off of the ceiling, the door peephole lens was missing and covered with a plastic cap, the alarm clock was unplugged, and the phone did not have directions to press 0 for the front desk rather than the labeled buttons across the top which didn't ring to anything. Pantry area had very few sundry items

Everyone was very friendly, the room was big enough for me and 3 kids. We came for a swim meet with the sessions starting at 1:30 and are very grateful we could have a later checkout so that we could go straight to the meet. And as if the kids don’t spend enough time in the water we got to use the hotel pool too which is tiny, but nice. And almost forgot - great breakfast.

The sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable but that is sort of expected.

I liked the location. There are a lot of sight seeing places near by, shopping near by, restaurants near by. I would stay there again. After sight seeing for a day we returned and the room hadn't been cleaned. When we checked at the front desk were were told that they would clean unless we were staying more that 48 hours due to COVID. Leonard at the front desk was great and provided any supplies that needed to be replenished.

I booked the hotel because it had a pool. However, Booking did not have that the pool was closed. The hotel's website had that the pool was closed. We found out the that the pool was closed when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel couldn't find our Booking reservation when we checked in. They gave us a price that was better than the Booking price.

It was very clean and close to my destination. The staff was very friendly.

You had to pay for breakfast. I thought it was included with the price of the hotel stay. We stayed at another hotel last month and was given a full hot breakfast without having to pay for it.
