The room was well laid out and clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, kind and listened to any concerns mentioned. They ensured to amend any issues promptly. The facilities were great and the wifi was reliable for my meetings with a desk in the room. The spa was lovely and relaxing. Parking on site was free but was limited as it was shared between hotel guests, spa guests and the restaurant. However, there was only one night we couldn't find a space. Overall the stay was great and we would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay on LI

No complaints to mention, any issues experienced on this trip were quickly amended by the staff and sufficiently compensated for. Can't fault them at all

The property is nicely designed in warm tones and it has a luxury feel. The staff was courteous and kind and my issues was resolved quickly. I love the fact that use of the spa area is by reservation only. It delivered a tranquil experience.

I didn’t like that rooms with bathtubs are limited so I had to settle for the floor on which one was available when I checked in.

nice decor, love the reception area where you can sit with the receptionist. Restaurant was nice, food was delicious

The bathroom dispensers don’t work well. lotion by the sink didn’t work and the response time to correct was slow. after the pool I washed my hair and realized the conditioner dispenser didn’t work well either; a little frustrated at that point. pool is small and the steps into the pool are unstable and don’t seem very safe

Everything of value you will find here. It's a perfect hideaway or a exceptional for a wedding. The staff is very accommodating any issues the management will make sure your stay is pleasant. All around comfortable , great decor and comfortable room.

They haven't fixed there infiniti pool, but beside that small technicality everything else was fine

Clean rooms, convenient location, bar and food was very nice.

Issue with the A/C in our room. Set at 65 but kept going up to 77. They had to move us to another room. Also, cleaning staff left our room before completing the job. Left cleaning solution bottle on the bathroom counter, no hand towels left.

The beds really helped the back pain I was in and I'm now considering a new mattress.. Super comfy. Very clean and very nice staff. I love the pool table and the board games they have for the rainy night we had when we were there it all came in handy. The shampoo and conditioner smell super good and refreshing.. I honestly wish we could of stayed longer. Definitely a hotel you want to stay at if your looking for some awesome relaxation time .

I really enjoyed the stay here. I had a massage that was amazing and worth every penny. The meals were great as well as the drinks. The food was just okay-- I have food allergies and they did accommodate me, which I am appreciative of; It is hard to make food taste good when you limitations to what you can eat. Overall, I would definitely go there again, even for a personal get away.

After a little trouble, Kasey was SUPER helpful and arranged to rectify the problem I had. I enjoyed my stay and my facial at the spa was superb! Thank you again

My only complaints were the pool being super small. That should definitely be told when someone calls. Only 3 guests allowed at a time. The hot tub..steam room and sauna were all closed. But the fitness room and spa were open. The other was the Air Conditioning in the Marco Polo restaurant was SO cold and uncomfortable that I had to move my seat to a different area. Food was delicious though and the Waitress was sweet

1. The rooms are an excellent size. The beds are so comfortable. The products that they include in the room for use are amazing quality and smell awesome. 2. The service. I asked for an extra blanket at 630am, they brought it up for me in less than 5 minutes. Room service was always fast and very tasty (please eat at Marco Polo if you can, you won’t regret it), and they made everything so easy for me - even when I extended my stay twice because I loved the property so much. 3. The people - I can’t say enough about the staff. Alicia is so sweet and sent a text about an hour after check in to make sure the room was to my liking. Kacey was always so fun and helpful every time I saw her, she almost got a 6th day out of me. If you happen to go to the bar and get Alex as a bartender, you just hit the jackpot - he’s great. And, if you get a massage, I’ve heard that the whole staff is amazing, but I know personally that Doris is small but VERY mighty. You’ll be in good hands with her. Overall, I’ll be back. A lot. It’s really a little gem in the corner of Westbury.

The only small thing was that the room got kind of hot on warmer days (even with AC) and there’s no window access to cool it down. But that was a very small issue, almost forgettable next to all the good things.

Clean, well kept in most places. Nice set up in room. Very friendly staff. Well lit and welcoming lobby. Breakfast buffet is good and worth the price.

For what you pay for these rooms some details need to be looked after a bit more. I've enclosed photos of bits in the room that were noticeably dusty or worn.
