Econo Lodge Hicksville

Location was perfect for us. I felt safe with my two girls. There were gas stations, grocery store and other stores within walking/short driving distance. The staff was super nice! My daughter left some items in the room that we didn't notice until several hours after check-out. We went back and they had them saved in case we came back. What honest people!

Heater was loud so we turned off, then it got real cold. So we turned back on, but had trouble sleeping. Disappointed that there was no REAL continental breakfast. The website we used charged more money for breakfast. You could take one pre-wrapped muffin. I think there could have been more.

The walk in shower was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Desk man I think it was George was great. Friendly, gracious host. Got us a handicap king room that opened up while we were in the lobby. Great easy place to find.

Toilet seat was loose.

Nice sized, very clean room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Very good location.

The "breakfast" was simply wrapped muffins, and coffee was only offered in the morning. It would be nice to have more options for breakfast and coffee all day. It comes from a machine, so it's not like it would be wasted.

We did not have breakfast. The hotel location was right off of the highway. The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy.

I did not think that $220 for a room at the Econolodge was a good rate, but it was slightly reasonable. The bathroom was very small, but modern. I’m certain the price had a lot to do with the location. We were not disappointed. But where we live, that’s a lot of money for a clean and normal room at an Econo Lodge.

The room was exceptionally clean. Staff were great and above all Anjelica our housekeeper was wonderful!!

They advertised free breakfast on Booking.com but they weren’t offering it because of the pandemic which is well over with and other hotels offer breakfast. If they aren’t then it should not be advertised free breakfast included on Booking.com

It was a great space with a lot of room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big too and the shower was great. Everything looked cleaned and having a fridge was nice.

Walls are thin and you can hear the cleaning staff knocking on everyone's door in the mornings. But nothing too bad.

Love the accommodations. Bed, bathroom, location and Uber delivery.

But like all Hotels. They need to run checks on 1) Remote controls. 2) Loud guests. No one should be walking the hallways screaming into their phones keeping everyone awake all night.. Those 2 things keep you from perfect scores. But loved everything else. 🥰

Room was spacious and clean. Several doors to the parking lot made it easy to bring things in and out. 2nd floor windows do open for fresh air. The bed was pretty soft and comfortable. There's a grocery store within walking distance.

Wifi was slow and unreliable. AC worked but you could see through to the outside around it. It's located on a confusing exit right next to the a parkway making coming and going via GPS a little troublesome.

Everything this was great. the rooms was clean, breakfast was ok wish on booking.com it said Continental breakfast but the muffins where great. parking was good I always had parking by the door where my room was.

I gave them my credit card to pay for the room I gave them $100 in cash for the deposit when I left I had to wait three days for the hundred dollars to get back on my card when I have paid cash. I think I should’ve got my cash back, what if that was for my ride home……. 😔

The room was very clean it was great for the price in a pretty good location we drive from NC to attend a wedding and visit with family. Parking was great and up the block is an exceptional bagel spot we had breakfast there each morning.

It’s wasn’t that I didn’t like it but most of the reviews said the bed was hard I like a firm mattress so I was looking forward to the mattress being firm it wasn’t but that was ok.
