Pine Hill Arms Hotel

A great little bnb hideaway in a small and beautiful town. We barely used the room due to our excursions and the town itself has a lot of great pit stops and destinations. Use the town center across the street for planning, and ask the friendly staff for their takes on things. Do not skip the Mexican restaurant down the street-- it's amazing-- one of my top 3!

The room is small, low ceilings, no views and the entire hotel can use a minor update or two. Overall, though, there is a lot of charm and quaintness to the venue. The bar and lounge are both very nicely decorated, warm and welcoming, and staffed by lovely people.

cozy, comfortable, very clean, hygienic, quiet… Jane has been very accommodating. There is complimentary hot coffee everyday. There is an amazing restaurant and bar in the lodge itself. Their fried chicken dinner is delicious. There is fireplace inside the property and a fire pit outside as well… I can’t wait to use it next time when there is no drought. I met people who regular visitors getting away into the mountains… the street where Pine Hill Arms Hotel is located feels like an swiss village street…can’t wait to see it during the holidays.. thank you Jane and Vula!

Excellent location, close to Belleayre ski station. The restaurant next door was excellent! Best meatballs I have ever had!

On the first day we arrived, we wish we had been advised that the restaurant next door could be booked unless we made reservations. By the time we got there, they were no longer taking clients for the night. It was a very small town without many other options to eat, so we had to drive around to nearby towns to find a place to eat under snowing conditions. For tourists who do not know the location very well, a little more information upon arrival would have been helpful.

The rooms were immaculately clean. The WiFi was free and reasonably fast. The bed was comfortable. Great value for how low the rates are.

The rooms and bathrooms are smaller than modern hotels. The appearance is a bit dated (carpet floors and wood paneling) but very well cleaned/maintained.

The place was great for a spot to clean up and lay your head for the night after a long day on the mountain. The bar and restaurant was great had an awesome time!

Parking situation could be better but with a small place on a main road it was good enough!

Loved my stay at this wonderful family operated hotel. Very considerate contactless check in and out experience in such times, handy essentials, fair prices, cute coffee shop under the same roof with stylish touches, bar and restaurant. Try their breakfast naan, coffee is great too. Update: stayed here again this weekend and enjoyed my stay even more, crazy about their pillows :D the best pillow I slept on! Thank you for the great stay!

Spot was cool with a great apres ski vibe and excellent food at restaurant! Ended up eating there both nights bc food was so good. Bed was really comfy and nice steaming hot shower. The cute bar scene and outdoor entertainment was lively until 9 w a great English singer songwriter musician covering dylan and Elton was excellent. The owner From EU was very nice and charming as well. Highly recommend.

Charming chalet-style hotel perfectly located in the Catskills Park. We got there late (long drive) and the hosts had left an envelope with the keys and all the information we needed. Very nice !

Everything was working well, but our room felt a bit like we were in 90s and didn’t match the really cool rustic style of the first floor.

I loved the common area with the fireplace, the restaurant, the bar right below the rooms, and the beds were comfy. Walkable to another restaurant and bar.

The room was a bit hot. No breakfast.

Owner is really great person. Hotel is clean and cozy. Location is perfect for visiting Belleayre mountain at winter. 4 minutes on car to ski center. Bar is nice too, but due to covid restrictions we weren't able to spend a lot time there. In same times rooms are small, but this is the first time then this didn't cause any discomfort. So, rooms are funny small, not angry small :)

Shower should be much large. And in general bathroom should be slightly bigger, but you would be able to deal with this.
