Breakfast ends far too early, we arrived at 9:10. The lady putting everything thing away brought bagels back out for us. I give her 12 out of 10!!!

Ends far too early. Who on vacation is in a rush to get up??? Breakfast should be until 10am at least!! Who knows what there was other than the bagels that the lovely lady working there got for us. I read reviews of the wonderful breakfast.... never saw it..... that review was a deciding point for when I booked our stay. When we checked in we were never told that breakfast was until 9am! Disappointing.

Room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed a little longer. The breakfast was incredibly good. Scrubble eggs, bacon , bagels, cream cheese and fresh made waffles .Staff was friendly and nice. I like the fact we could play pool or air hockey next to the lobby. The arcade is small but we had fun.

I was a little dissapointed about the pool. Quite a few ewwww hair floats in there. Finally decided not to swim but that's maybe just me... I'm easily disgusted but pool/spa in general

The jacuzzi tub in the room, it was really nice to be able to relax before going to bed without needing to leave the comfort of the room. I also liked being able to utilize a crib for our 4 month old and not needing to bring something extra for him.

The fact that the plug to the jacuzzi tub didn't work properly. I constantly needed to keep turning the water back on because no matter what I did the water would just drain out. Other than that everything else was good.

Staff is awesome. Two Women serving breakfast through Saturday were the best.

Pillows are terrible. At Sunday’s breakfast 9/17/2023 two young men staff members were standing in the breakfast food area (to help customers). The taller young man was constantly on his cell phone. I don’t appreciate the staff member touching his phone then handling food. His phone was in his hands and pockets and who knows where he puts it down.

Room was very nice with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. Pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower were very convenient. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was good and staff very helpful and hardworking. Hotel was a short drive from our destination.

Bed seemed comfortable at first but back aching during the night. Not sure if maybe just arthritis and needing a firmer mattress..

I liked that the room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was a huge bonus for us. The location ( address) was close to our primary reason to be in the area.

I really didn't dislike anything. I thought being next to an interstate would of been noisy. It didn't bother me at all. When I checked in they told me to enter thru the main door. My room ended up being to an other entrance and would of been a lot quicker to enter this ways.

Room comfy and clean with great water pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Staff bluntly told us we could get refund as pool wasn’t available (during hot humid summer!!! no less) but reminded us with the “busy weekend” other places were probably booked. When I mentioned I booked specifically to have a pool, what could I have in exchange?!? A late checkout??!! I was offered one in kind. Thanks for that.

Every thing was great, except one thing. The rooms were clean, the staff fantastic, The breakfast and thos monitoring it were great.

The only thing we had issues with was the mattresses in our room, they were soft and probably old, when you lied down there was a hole in the middle giving you the feeling that you bounced down. My husband and slept in different beds avoiding the middle. As we were only two this worked for us.

Good value. Close to everything. Loved the pool and hot tub.

We were not advised that we had to request our room cleaned. On our 2nd day I requested conditioner because the bottle was empty. (Probably should have been filled before we got there) the front desk said they would send it up but it never arrived. We were there for 4 nights.

I didn't like that I picked the option to pay at the property, and they ran my credit card before I even checked in. They ran my credit card that morning, and I knew this because I have alerts set on all my cards whenever they are used. I was upset because I used that credit card to hold the room and was going to use my debit card to pay upon check in. Very 😡
