I loved the staff and their friendliness, the way they went above and beyond to make you comfortable. They were very quick to accommodate and take care of any problems at hand.
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. They had a sign that said they had gluten free options which was great, but there wasn't a gluten free option cereal such as kellogs corn flakes or frosted flake. If they had just that for us it would have been perfect, but not everyone has gluten intolerance. So we understand that also.

Very clean for the most part... staff nice and Glad we could still get breakfast in morning during pandemic
Garbage was never cleaned out from previous person in room.... The shower curtain liner was broken off a couple of the rings and I thought maybe for the size of the soap there should of been two atleast. Sad the pool was not open... I understand it's a pandemic but I know for some hotels you can atleast reserve time slots to use....

The room was excellent and the hotel itself was very well kept. The breakfast was good enough. Only problem with the stay was the wifi was out the whole time, and the TV in the suite was not working (the one in the bedroom worked fine). Overall, would do it again.

One staff member was unhelpful he didn’t know how to check my reservation, I had it all on my phone, but that was no help for him, he said I didn’t have a reservation. Lucky a well informed woman knew how to operate the computer and confirm my reservation

The shower! No disgusting bathtub. Breakfast was in paper ware which I appreciated. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants and stores.
