Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport

They whole hotel was kept clean all day.you can see and smell how well kept they keep it.I had a early flight and I sat in the dining area for a few hours before I checked in and the one house keeper who was in charge of that area kept coming about every 45min to clean tables floors and counter top..all staff was very sweet and helpful to all the guest..

No shopping area close by.

The property was nice. The parking was plentiful. Upon my arrival I was taking my luggage into the room when I came back out to get more stuff someone had hit my vehicle .

I didn’t like the fact that someone got away with just hitting my vehicle. I spoke with the young man on duty. I was told that the gentleman that handles that would not be in until Monday.

Clean room. Good hot shower. Bedding was clean and the pillows were soft

Breakfast bag for those with early flights. There was nothing to take with you… the person didn’t come in until 6:30. Since it’s so close to the airport, I’m sure there are plenty that stay there for that reason. It would be a nice addition.

Stay in hotels a rent movies and i rent them with credit card right when i want to watch a movie so this wayTelevision was horrible you only get a few stations you can't rent any movies iso this wY the comfort i n is not responsible when you check out I have to 5 hotels has that kind of set up

Everything was great , Except that the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and the water drained very slow. Somewhere their is an obstruction that requires immediate attention

Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. Location is fairly close to LaGuardia, which is a plus. Beds were comfortable.

The desk clerk told us to go to the wrong level of terminal B for shuttle pick-up. Shuttle service was good, but was not available early in the morning, so we had to get a cab. Breakfast included good sausage patties, but no eggs (e.g. hard boiled) and the only cereals were sugary.

I did see a bed bug but everything else was good.

This was my second stay in a 6 week period The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Also having coffee available at night is great. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very affordable

The only minor issue for me is that the beds and sinks are too high for me. Maybe a little updating

This is a great hotel with the best staff. I have been here twice and very pleased. The location is is perfect and I love that there is on site free parking. The upper floors have a nice view of the city. They also serve breakfast. It is not as great as it probably once was because of COVId but it sure is better then some places.

The atmosphere is good the staff is polite

It could be just alittle cleaner. It is not really that spotless and in rooms the carpets really old and in the suites the bathroom sinks are falling apart
