Radisson Hotel JFK Airport

We needed a over night stay between flights. We choose the Radisson because it appeared to be close to the airport and they had a connecting shuttle service, which we did use on our continuing flight back to the UK.

Hotel shuttle stopped at 11pm We arrived at JFK just after 11pm and had to get a taxi. The first yellow cab driver refused to take us and told us to catch a bus (no buses running at that time of night to hotel) as it was too close from airport to hotel and the 2nd driver was not happy taking us and was very rude. It cost us $26 and a 10 minute drive, so not a walk away…..

Clean and spacious as we had our granddaughter with us and she used the sofa bed. It was not far from a shopping mall (which we had to use due to lack of clothes due to a 2 day flight adventure with cancellations.

Called for Shuttle a couple times but nothing came so we used Uber. It took awhile to get checked in but in fairness there were people from a cruise line checking in, and computer issues. I wish they had a locked room that we could have used for our language so we didn't have to lug it around the mall.

This place is the best when it comes to customer service they made sure i had everything i need they made me feel at home. Chris from the front desk was veey helpful i give him a huge thumbs up! This place made my night after the experience i had with not being able to stay in my first booking.

The hotel hot tub or sauna wasnt working for the mens gym. I was really looking forward to that, other than that it is the best place to get a suite they are spacious and i give this place 5 stars for the cleaniness!

The location of the hotel, the staff was very pleasant.

That there was no parking on site.

Great staff nice location room was clean!! Close to airport and shopping ... good food in area and LIRR into the city within 30 mins.

Needs updating no fridge no microwave although front desk was nice enough to warm food for me !! Tv was old not a smart tv no netflix or casting options... and this was a king room also airport shuttle is not 24 hours the reason to stay at a airport hotel is for ease od access to airport had a 5am flight thankfully ride share was running and airport is about 15 mins away

Room! Newly refurbished, very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with great shower and seamless access.. Also liked the view, but I am a plane and aviation nerd. ... bonus: manhattan skyline!

there is contruction going on including in the lobby area, but it's all for the greater good. Thought that the breakfast hours are a bit limited (6 - 9).

I was on a business visit to JFK airport, the location was perfect and the hotel courtesy transport was exceptionally good. Room was comortable and spotless and all hotel staff were excellent, both in service, but also in friendliness and proffesionalism. Especially liked the breakfast staff, but most of all, Cheryl the bar manager. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgable.

Fridge locked so couldn't chill my cold drinks Took a long time for shuttle bus pick up...not great after a long flights....there were 3 buses from another hotel that arrived before Radisson's Would have been good to be notified in advance that hotel had works going on

It’s close to the airport so a good choice if your flight is canceled, as mine was. There was food and drink available until late in the bar - just what a weary traveler was looking for. The bartender was friendly and helpful and generally great.

For the price, the property is a little worn out. I understand that I’m paying for location but it’s a Radisson after all. The toilet didn’t flush properly.

the staff were amazing. everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Housekeeping, the front desk, and the manager of the restaurant where breakfast is served, the valets, Lincoln their manager and the shuttle bus driver who drove me to the airport. It’s rare when so many people at one hotel are without exception incredibly nice. Well done!
