The staff was exceptionally friendly. They went out of their way to offer suggestions so I could gett dinner for my family at 10 p.m. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very forgiving and kind when my son accidentally made a mess with the waffle batter. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was ok considering the limitations of the times. I understand. Same thing with having to ask for housekeeping. I was there for only two days, so no issues. The staff was helpful and friendly.
No extra roll of toilet paper. TV had "no signal" when i got there. Finally figured out that someone had plugged it into a "switched" outlet. I moved it to another outlet, and it was fine. Again, minor issues. No hard feelings.

Check in was smooth. She was very thorough and personable.
An employee who wasn’t working was all over the breakfast. She loaded her plate with biscuits and gravy and emptied the eggs on to her plate. All while reaching over, around and in front of guests. She seemed very nonchalant so it’s obviously the norm. Oh well, very poor optics!

The location was convenient to our destination. The breakfast provided good choices and met COVID restrictions. It was kind of nice to be able to grab and go! All staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
COVID protocols made everything different, but there was nothing that was unsatisfactory.

We slept very well! The mattress and bedding were of a lovely quality.
The toilet ran, loudly, one time. I had to lift the lid off the back of the toilet and jiggle the mechanism. We couldn't get the t.v. to turn on, but didn't bother to contact the front desk. It may have been operator error...

The room was small but clean. When. Booked it, the square footage stated 300 plus footage, but it probably was a little over 200 feet. But it was doable.
