Sheraton Greensboro

Clean and convenient location to a convention we were attending in the hotel

I had an issue checking in...reception desk clerk couldn't find my reservation with my confirmation number eventhough i had prepaid for my room. Before making another reservation, my husband checked with a different clerk and found out that reservation was listed under my middlename attached to my last name. Original clerk just told me that there was no reservation, she didn't state that there was a reservation but under a different name. I gave her my printed information which would have shown my full name after she told me i had no reservation. That was the only hiccup of my stay at the hotel

Rooms were very nice if a little bit outdated, but the Murphy bed mattress was very uncomfortable so whoever is sleeping there, unless it's maybe children, beware. Bathrooms are nice, linens and pillows, very nice, hotel is nice and clean. Feels luxurious but property is missing a couple of amenity extras to really sell it. All in all a great location for Greensboro and prefect room for a family or group.

Not enough food options or bar options. Were there on a Saturday night and the bar was closed at 6pm. Was told there was a breakfast buffet on Sunday but the front desk gentleman was flippant and said "there's breakfast" and that was all. Really weird. The bathroom is strangely dark and so are the rooms, only an issue because we are trying to get ready at night. In the day there are large windows.

The staff was exceptional and so friendly and helpful. Brandon and Nyla at the front desk were so kind and patient with me even though it was very busy when we were checking in. Kim from security greeted me every time i walked by and was so helpful and kind and the bell hop who helped us was so friendly too. I didn’t get his name but he had dreads and he was working Friday night November 18th around 10pm and he was great too. everyone I encountered was an absolute angel and I have never felt so compelled to leave a good review as I did leaving this hotel.

Liked that I could walk right down to my event and that there was food in the hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind!

The food at the restaurant was horrible. I had a fish sandwich that was still cold and a very rubbery burger. Lastly when settling in my room I found 3 strings of hair on the bed and on the pillows. also there was a string of hair on the floor in the bathroom and lastly it looked like a red juice or blood stain on the runner on the bed.

They didn't have my room on the breakfast but I showed them and it was good it had me full to walk and I will be booking back there any time we have meeting up in the area very clean and room just made me feel like I was home thank you for have the room the way it is pose to be and that what you call a room for high end right there thank you see you all next time

the weather. the grits was the only thing that was not that good but still manageable. They were a little watery but it was ok.

The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance or 5 mile radius.

My original check in room had a secondary sink outside the bathroom which was dirty. Rest of the room was cleaned. I was immediately accommodated with another room. I also observed from Tower 1 debris (insulation) from the construction area was blowing all over the parking lot and making contact with guest as they were walking which could have caused a tripping hazard. That contractor should have secured the work place better especially during the weekend. I did report to Front Desk of the situation and was told Management will be notified for clean up.

I was visiting family in Greensboro but traveling with my partner so wanted to stay at a hotel. The Sheraton was very centrally located with lots of amenities, restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was clean and spacious.

The lobby and conference room areas were a bit noisy, and our original room was on the 3rd floor where we could hear a lot of activity and socializing. The front desk was very kind in moving us to a higher floor where it was much more quiet.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean! The bathroom was very clean too.

The elevators need to be updated asap! It is ridiculous to pay a premium price for your room then have to deal with broken elevators - I was almost late to get my plane because the elevator near my room suddenly stopped working. Unacceptable.

This was an exceptional facility. The service received by the staff was equally exceptional. We had an overall exceptional experience. We will definitely come back here again!

Not a single thing! Our experience was exceptional. We have no complaints whatsoever! And this required question is ridiculous for survey completion!!

The staff was extremely courteous, the pool was fun, the room was comfy. Room Service was on point!

Our view was another buildings roof, the bed and pillows were so soft there was absolutely no back support on top of being pregnant my husband and I’d backs were so shot in the morning we had a horrible’ non existent sleep, but we’re so grateful we only stayed one night bc that would have been really bad. Our whole Bodies hurt.
