Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro

The staff, everyone, was extremely Courteous. Always asked how things were and if we needed anything. The evening dinner and drinks were great. No other hotel I know of offers this. The spread was a meal not snack or bar food. The hotel was in tip top shape everything was clean and dress right dress.

That we weren't staying another night!

The food was amazing! The 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages and dinner time snacks were delicious. All of the staff was amazing super nice.

There was a family reunion during our stay which was as great, however, the kids that were down at the pool had no parents there supervising despite the pool rules of no one under 16 at the pool without an adult. There was an employee down there and the kids wouldn’t even listen to her. There was no enforcement of the rules. Our first night at the pool was not enjoyable due to this so we decided to skip the pool on Saturday and went and did something else. It was unfortunate because our kids were looking forward to the pool and Hot tub.

Close proximity to the colosseum. Two free alcoholic beverages daily (but not a great selection). Free buffet for dinner and breakfast. Secure at night, keycard access only.

I didn’t like the Pitt bull guest but the hotel is pet friendly. However, I do think they should put people with pets on the 1st floor only like other hotels. Towels and wash clothes weren’t very clean, my husband found a small bug on a new towel and I found what looked to be a pubic hair in a “clean” washcloth. I ended up using my nightshirt to blot myself dry because I didn’t want to chance it. This is an older hotel that could use some upgrading. It’s nothing fancy by no means but it’s worth it for one night.

The spa was hot and enjoyable, the pool was warm yet refreshing. Both were clean and had the appropriate amount of chlorine. The rooms were clean, large, and we loved that the vanity and tub/shower and toilet were seperated by a door. Our mini fridge was set to a good temp, the microwave was close to the fridge and I LOVED that there was coffee in the room! The whole facility was well kept and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The kickback offered 2 free "adult" drinks per adult plus dinner. Breakfast was hot and ready as well.

I do wish the shower heads were upgraded with different setting but otherwise, there was nothing I didn't like.

It was very clean and it made me feel very comfortable. The hotel location is in a perfect area one could easily walk to different restaurants. Large shower head and awesome water pressure. Scan room key instead of inserting my card. From 4-8 all the popcorn and drinks you want.

The hotel was not up to my standards. The breakfast area is small considering the number of people in the space. Dead bird in the parking lot. The television stand needs to be a little higher in order to watch television. The bathroom area needs to be updated from a shower curtain to a glass shower door. The ironing board needs to be a little bit higher.

I had to cancel my last night due to family issue. The help I receive was amazing. My reservation was modified the day before I was to arrive and the cancellation was placed back on my credit card. Great customer service. Also one the house keepers she was friendly I had just got to my room she was cleaning the room beside mine. She checked to she if I needed everything. Great job staffing

After a slight issue staff were very professional and went overboard to apologize for the issue. The manager was fabulous..very pleasant and professional.

Lobby and washroom in room seemed a little dated. Too small an area for breakfast..it was really overcrowded and difficult to move around without bodily confronting other guests. Some sort of night light in the bathroom and a higher toilet would be nice.

Staff was nice and professional. kickbacks are always a bonus.

a family used the pool like it was their personal property. There was a film in the pool, they were eating watermelon in the hot tub and left some in it, they had shoes on the side but they were on the outside, they had fruit in bottles like they had made homemade drinks which were also left in the way of the hot tub. Did not get to use it because of the filth. The staff cleaned it very good the next day; no evidence that they were there. Will try again next time.

The employees I met were nice. The room was clean. You get dinner, breakfast and up to 2 alcoholic beverages at dinner included. I have a disability and they helped me find a room closer to the elevator.

The baked potato was not cooked all the way. It was hard. The noise level from the local traffic echoed loudly into the room and noise from the other people using water and the toilet. I used a white noise machine and it didn't cover the noise.

Miracle and Tammy in the kitchen we're awesome, and everyone was so friendly and attentive to my family's needs. We will be staying at Drury inn from now on!

We were in agreement across the three rooms of disappointment when it came to housekeeping cleaning in the morning.. when we left we had so much trash in our rooms and no clean towels. We wish at least when we left in the morning for my son's game, someone would have come taken the trash, cleaned the bathroom, and made the beds.
