Hampton Inn Asheboro

staff was friendly. room very clean. we asked for pillows and they called us to tell us that all the pillows in between guests are washed and dried. She apologized because the pillows were in the dryer at the time we called and stated as soon as they were dry she would bring them up. She brought them up as soon as they were available. The kids love the pool in the hot tub was nice. I will say the pool was a little cool for my taste but the kids didn’t seem to mind the water temperature. breakfast was very good with lots of options.

The two young ladies who greeted me when I came in. They were the most delightful and accommodating people you could ask for. If I was a younger man I woulda asked one or both for a date 😆. But they were so helpful and answered every question I had being out of town and all.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The cut holes in the ceiling above the pool were very off putting. Only found one remote but had two tv’s that was a tad perplexing. The rooms were clean, but stains and wear in the carpets is really starting to show.

I like how the staff had a good sense of humor.

I didn’t like the price of course lol but in all honesty the pool wasn’t clean each room smelled like a sweaty gym or mildew. My room shower head was shooting water from the top which caused the water to bounce off the ceiling instead of directly on me. Wash clothes was left behind from previous guests in the shower.

Room, property very very clean. A+ , especially knowing most facilities are under staff. Very quiet to be fully booked, great family friendly Guests. Nice Big King room w Spa Tub, main reason I booked, other Hotels across st didn't have that description listed on-line. Near all my favorite Dept Stores, theatres & Mall & lots restaurants to choose from. Will book again.. I'm Gluten Free so I couldn't eat the breakfast, I had my own. This was my I Need To Get-a-Way trip, just 50 min drive. I will be back.

POOL & WHIRLPOOL 😥 wasn't open. Another reason I booked. Didn't mention that on-line. Other Hotels pools are open. Clerk said supply truck didn't show, no toillettes fine (allergies have my own). Kinda scarce w towels, wash clothes & tissue, just had to ask. I did cut hand towel up. I work n Healthcare (cook n nursing home) & understand, go w/o supplies since Covid & they give u no notice. HKeeping Dept catches it the worst no supplies for residents or staff to use. Even restaurants have notices no chicken etc etc.. I don't Blame Hampton, 30 yrs on 1 job I learned always be prepared & overstock. Beginning Covid my Administrator order supplies from Amazon constantly everybody offices was packed.

The motel was clean. The kids loved the indoor pool. They have a excellent breakfast with a lot of choices.

The outside light was very bright shining in the room at night. Couldn't shut the curtains. Hung a sheet over the window and slept much better the second night.

My sister and I traveled alone with our kiddos and never once felt.unsafe. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and comfy. LaTravia went out of her way to help my sister and I with a crazy medical situation. She was the BEST super professional and kind. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the zoo!

Pool was a little.on the cold side for my liking

We just stayed overnight. We visited the zoo. We had lots of fun. The rooms were clean. We did have a problem with one of the rooms we booked but the staff fixed it right away.

The accomodations were nice and the staff was great!. The breakfast served was a great convenience. The dining area was clean and the food was pretty good.

It was a last minute booking. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like others enjoyed it.

I thought the room would be bigger. I got the one with a queen bed and sofa bed and they were practically touching.

We liked everything except not getting the 2 queen beds.

Although Booking.com overbooked (we were told) and we had requested a 2 queen bed room (they had a king room when we arrived) the staff on duty, a young gentleman bent over backwards to accommodate us. We ended up with a queen bed and pullout sofa.

Perfect location, minutes away from everything we needed. Pool/Hot Tub/Fitness center stayed open until Midnight. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean.

Fitted sheet kept coming off the bed every time I sat down. Not enough towels for the 2 nights we stayed.
