Quality Inn

The hotel was being renovated and the room we got was very nicely done and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was clean linens. The trash was taken out daily and the beds were done as well. The gentleman working the front desk during the late hours when we checked in was very nice, quick and informative. Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean and kept stocked by the young woman assisting it. Breakfast was cereals, waffles, sausage, muffins, toast. coffee, water and juice. The pool was clean, and the chlorine was a nice level, it was easy to open eyes underwater and clothes did not smell like chlorine like it has in other facilities pools. Cleaning staff was very courteous and quick.

There could have been an elevator for the second floor on the wing we stayed on. There was short stairs but it would affect people that have a harder time to go upstairs with many bags. The older woman working evenings was very short and kind of rude both times we interacted with her. Maybe she needs a vacation too.

The staff was supper nice! Love the Manger he was supper nice and a great Manger! They have been remodeling etc and it smell like fresh paint the breakfast area was super nice area. NO BUGS WHICH WAS A BIG THING FOR ME! was supper excited I didn't see not one bug! Next time I go to asheboro again I will definitely stay agai! I hope the Manger will be there cause he is a super nice guy! Staff was super nice to thank you quality inn staff and Manger! It's 12 mins from the zoo so not far at all! Will be back Definitely in 2026 when the zoo bring Asia world haha!!!

Because the are remodeling the fridge wasn't plug in but we mover it! The Manger came to bring extention cord but we had already moved it! He came up for nothing but he wasn't mad said hey got to do what you got to do lol! I really don't have much to say on what I don't like because I really don't have anything to complain about! Maybe more breakfast food maybe that really it! I really enjoy the stay!

The location and easy access. Staff was very friendly. Room was better than expected. Seemed clean. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was very near the room. Handicap accessible and room was extra spacious. When we arrived earlier than check in time we were offered accommodations until our handicap accessible room was ready. The hallways were quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

There were some boxes in the hallway that made it difficult for handicap accessibility easily. We moved them ourselves. Door was difficult alittle to open. Key card only worked once. The tub did not drain during a shower on the morning of check out. The room was advertised as having a roll in shower. There was only a tub with shower head and transfer shower chair that did not work for us. Toilet was not a raised height for handicap accessibility. No breakfast was available and there was no refrigerator in the room.

sucked there was no breakfast, had to spend extra money to go out to eat to feed 2 hungry boys.. the king bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud after spending 11hours crammed in a car driving from buffalo. loved there was an extra mirror and sink for the boys and my boyfriend to get ready n brush teeth for the wedding we attended while i was able to have my own privacy to get ready in the bathroom greatful the pool was open and the kids werent bored, my parents and most the wedding party paid double price for their rooms almost and stuck in their rooms nothing to do, pool and weight rooms closed do to covid n nothing but complaints, and here i couldnt get my kids out of the pool and even asked the night girl to come kick them out without makin obvious i asked her two and it was bout 2hours later she came and we laughed about it n enjoyed watching our kids swim n play with another group from ohio doing same thing relaxing by pool after a long drive

no maintence staff after 5pm and our toilet plumbing was a little messed up, but wasnt a long walk to main lobby next time prolly sacrafice the king bed for two queen beds, the couch sofa bed ended up being too small for my 8&11yr olds, but luckily enough house keeping brought us an extra cot and my boys were happy to have their own beds during our stay

The bed was fine, The room was large and comfortable. The location was great for going to the zoo in the morning.

No breakfast and very small amount of coffee available. We were traveling with children and thought there was some sort of breakfast available there. We ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast before heading to the zoo. There was no phone to call the desk to ask about breakfast.

Room was decent , staff was very friendly & outstanding comfort.

When I got there , the bedsheet weren’t changed and it was stains and lots of hair in the bed and in the pillows. HOWEVER , it was easy to get the room cleaned again before enjoying my stay.

Breakfast wasn't bad, we expected a little more though. They did fix our hot water issue pretty quickly when we explained it wasn't hot. (Fixed by the time we got back from breakfast). Staff were all very friendly.

There wasn't much we didn't like

The lady at the front desk promptly changed our room when the "king suite with pull out couch" described on Booking.com turned into a room with a kingsize bed and no couch. She moved us to a room with 2 queen beds which met our needs.

The bed my son occupied had a soiled comforter.

Clean & bed was very comfortable.

Advertised breakfast, but there was nothing except coffee. They are remodeling, but they should not advertise something that they don’t offer at this time.

Everything was very clean! The staff was very nice an helpful. Breakfast was good also.

Bathrooms were a bit small like toliet an bathroom door was about 1 ½ inch away from each other when opening the door.
