Courtyard Asheville

Every morning we were greeted by the kindest staff and the nicest smiles. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect. Temp, cleanliness, privacy (we were the only ones using it each day). The complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash that were stationary in the shower was such a nice touch. Thank you.

There needs to be someone that patrols the lot. We got home one night to a group of men visibly impaired and urinating on the lot right next to the side door that we used as an entrance. Did not feel very safe that particular moment.

We were so impressed with our stay! The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and staffed by such friendly employees. The pool was clean, bright, and handicap accessible. It was also lovely to have a cocktail at the bar, the old fashioned was a real treat! Breakfast was delicious as well, and I appreciated the inclusion of alternatives to dairy for my morning coffee (oat, almond, and soy were available) A lovely place stay!

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful they answered all my questions for me and my check-in was quick and easy. They are pet friendly

What I do not like is that it is a pet friendly facility but it requires an additional hundred dollars for a deposit that you do not get back and booking does not tell you that until you arrive at the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Full breakfast, not continental. Staff was very gracious. I would certainly stay at a Marriott Courtyard again!

The bathroom could have had two sinks instead of one. Makes it hard for a husband and wife to share one sink with all of your toiletries!

Accessible to Interstate Highway and downtown. The breakfast food was better than expected and the service was great.

Having a room on the first floor. Mattress was a bit hard. The walls were thin as we could hear the people in adjacent rooms.

It was back away from the main road. We really liked the quietness.

Would liked to of had 2 chairs in the room.Because there was 2 of in the room . But other than that it was a great experience.😊

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Location was very convenient. The mall was so close, as well as drug stores, plenty of restaurants, and everything else we needed.

The water pressure in the shower was a little lacking, and the fan on the AC unit kept turning off during the night so we kept waking up because it was too hot.

Location was great! Walked across parking lot to Carrabba's! Amenities on sight were awesome. Lounge and Starbucks coffee. Room had great water pressure, cozy bed and nice TV options!

The service was incredible. The staff was cheery and helpful in everything we needed. Especially the younger one that checked us in at night, he was super nice. It's super cool to see as many friendly dogs walking around as there were. The lobbies atmosphere over Valentine's day was fantastic.

No hot tub, unlike every other courtyard we've stayed at. Tv's in rooms are nice, but would be better if they allowed for Netflix connectivity like some courtyards. Bar prices were a little spendy, when a single shot is 12$ but a double only adds 4$ you know you're getting ripped off, especially when they were charging 14$ a glass of wine for wine that they just ran to the marketplace near the doors and could get a full bottle for 30.

Good breakfast choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Carrabba’s a few feet away so we didn’t have to go far for a quick dinner.

Location a little tucked away with 3 others and we had a stale odor in our bathroom.
