Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown

I loved that the temperature in the room stayed as cold as I wanted all night through. The sheets smelled great and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good.

Rooftop bar was ok. Great view of parking lot. Drinks were ok.

Friendly staff and we loved the shuttle van!!!

Children were allowed in the rooftop bar area, seemed strange and several couples had to move away from the couch area because the children were unruly in such a non child friendly couch area. I know that it should be up to the parents to monitor the children, but this is clearly a bar and should be 21 and older. I felt bad that the couples who tried to sit in the area to enjoy a drink on the 4th. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond for the 2 families with the 4 kids, they even had to secure the rock fireplace for the safety of the children, ( banging on the glass with toys, jumping... Again 21 and older should be considered for this area.

One of the women at the reception was incredibly rude. She didn’t find my reservation (which per se it’s ok) but her tone was: “well I cannot find it”, instead of “let me see why I cannot find it” turned out it was a system mistake. I also called for a Wi-Fi because it wasn’t working and she was “search for the network”. Not very helpful.

The room was very comfortable, plenty of space to spread out, and the hotel was in a great location! I like to walk so, it was a nice walkable distance of a couple of blocks to the city center, and I liked not being right smack in the middle of everything.

The water pressure could have been much better, I couldn't quite rinse all the conditioner out of my hair. If you are considering a remodel, I think there could definitely be more space in the bathroom, there was some awkward extra space in the room that could have been designated for more bathroom space. But, our stay was very great otherwise!

Staff was exceptional. Very kind and helpful. I cannot express enough how fantastic they were, from the front desk to the cleaners.

Coffee, terrible. Seems trivial but it’s a thing for me. Food was absolutely awful unless you like public school lunches. Make sure you get a high floor as the intersection where it’s located is VERY loud.

it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. there is a nice on site restaurant and rooftop bar. the staff is exceptional. Erik is the shuttle driver and we had a concert and he took us and waited in traffic and then stayed late to pick us up. the front desk gave us recommendations for restaurants and they were just great. we will stay here on our next visit and highly recommend this property

The staff was wonderful. They were always willing to assist us and did so graciously. When our TV didn't work someone was there in 5 minutes to fix it. We were especially pleased with the shuttle service. Lauren was so friendly and the man who took us to The Grove Park for dinner, was so helpful and informative.

The room was clean and extraordinarily comfortable. Front desk staff was exceptional and always greeted us when we came and went. They were most helpful with any question that we had.

I may have missed it but a visitor guide to Asheville would have been very helpful. We were there for a trip to the Biltmore and seeing some of the local art. There was nothing available in the lobby that I found that would give us a guide to different places to see artisans and art Or the variety of restaurants in the area.That would’ve been nice

front desk staff was always very accommodating. Shout out to young man who was working the front desk on 5/2/22. went down for coffee at 5:30am expecting to have to make Keurig but he offered to get a fresh pot of coffee for us!!

we visited Pavillion rooftop restaurant a couple of times. service and food & drinks were always good but one evening part of our party's food order was lost and took a very long time to get. however, they did comp the food because of the mix-up.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. The Hotel offers a shuttle taxi between 3pm and 11pm which we used a couple of times, this was a great service to provide for guests. The roof top bar was a nice touch and a great place to chill at the end of a long day sight seeing.
