Days Inn by Wyndham Fayetteville-South/I-95 Exit 49

I like everything about this hotel, the stay , the location , it's a great place..

I don't like that this is my second encounter with roaches at this hotel. They need to keep the rooms sprayed cause I would hate to take roaches back to my home.. And it's still a good place to stay. Just can't deal with the roaches..

The room was nothing fancy but fine. It was clean with no odors. The king bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. The water pressure was fine and the water temperature was what it should be. A little fridge and microwave were in the room as was a single cup coffee maker. The breakfast also was not fancy but fine. Yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal, pastries, toast, two self-serve waffle makers, juice, tea, and coffee. Fruit???

What bothered me was that the fitness room was not good. If that is one of the filters I search with, and the hotel indicates it has one, then it should be operational. Otherwise, there should be a notation saying as if this date such and such is broken. There was a yoga mat and three weighted balls, otherwise everything else was broken. The recumbent bike worked if you don’t mind the chair moving. The seat adjustment handle would not stay locked. And no TV.

The place was clean and the people were very friendly. They had a decent continental breakfast with coffee and juices, bagels, danishes, homemade waffles etc.

Downside: we called the hotel ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate a 26-ft moving truck plus about a 10-ft car and tow dolly that was being hauled behind the truck. They confirm that there would be parking for it but never told us there's no wrap around exit out of the hotel parking lot. So we spent about 40 minutes having to disconnect the car from the dolly and turn the truck around in order to get out of the parking lot. I'm sure it was just a simple overlook but that information would have been important. We probably would not have booked this hotel in this case.

Location and cleanliness of the room.

Person at the front desk was not very welcoming ( no greeting or welcoming smile during this interaction). Although, We arrived passed 11:00PM and there was “no” customers at the Front Desk, the clerk have me wait for over 5 mins before she took care of me??!! No apology, no nothing. she was just typing before she even got to take care of the customer right in front of her eyes. I was worried for the safety of my vehicle since we were provided with a room at the very back of the property and 2nd floor. However, no issues!! 😊

One of the better, well maintained, property's as far as Days Inn's go.. Newer furniture in rooms, fresh paint, and overall clean and comfortable rooms.

Bed seemed a bit small for a queen? It says queen on it but feels narrow with two people. Breakfast is light with no egg option. Location is a 15 min drive to downtown.

This hotel is great as far as location. To exit 49. Plenty of places near by to eat even Cracker Barrel down the road. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was clean and quiet. It is great deal for the price.

The managers wife that checked me in. She was rude. She acted like I was bothering her. I asked is there coffee. She said yes in the room. I said I know that I mean here. Yes short reply it took 3 mins for me to get out of her where. Very short the way she spoke she doesn’t need to be behind the desk. Teen was told 100 deposit will also be charged. I said it never said that at time of booking her answer well we do. I was losing patience after her making room keys 3 times I was out of there before I said more. On a good note in morning upon checking out the woman at the desk was fantastic and I explained what happened she apologized continuously. I said ty but you don’t need to apologize for someone else they just need to not put her behind the county being short, rude and unprofessional.

The room was clean and the cleaning staff were extremely kind. Even when I spilled my coffee in the hallway, they were very kind and helpful.

I would like to have seen more protein at breakfast. Even hard boiled eggs would have been nice. Otherwise, it was nice to see waffles and they were not the toaster waffle, they were real Belgian waffles.

Facility and room very clean. Offered a breakfast with waffles but we slept too late to enjoy it.

Our sink drained very slowly but it wasn't a big enough issue to ask to change rooms, etc. We wish breakfast could be available later, even if just on weekends. When we get a room, it generally means we will be rather tired and want to sleep in a bit. Consequently, as in this case, we missed out on breakfast.

The hotel was clean, the rooms are very nicely decorated, the staff are all very cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast was light perfect,, This hotel is dog friendly. For the price, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times in 2 weeks. Although it is a nice hotel the tv, cable service are very hard to navigate. This is a dog hotel and when I booked through Booking.com it didn’t say anywhere there was a pet pet fee, I had to pay even though I was never told

The room was very clean. We didn't get a chance to grab breakfast as we wanted breakfast out. We liked that it required a key to get into the building. The bed included 4 pillows instead of the usual two.

Was woken up at 8am by housekeeping doing some vacuuming on my floor. Told the person at checkout and he said that they had received a similar complaint. The remote for the TV ran out of batteries, but we didn't really watch TV, so no biggie.
