Deluxe Inn - Fayetteville I-95

very friendly check in, room clean, comfortable and even the a/c was quiet! most convenient was how close to I-95 yet still peaceful. fast food right across street. I liked everything so much i booked same motel for our return trip. i plan on informing all my friends about this great place. price was even fairly low for good standards. oh, parking lot well lit, another great feature

only complaint keeping from 5 stars was ice machine in-operable. be interesting to see if repaired on our return trip.

The facilities are good, and the customer service is also good. The facilities are good, and the customer service is also good. The door of the guest room is facing the outside, which makes it very convenient to carry luggage. Overall, it's great value.

The only fly in the ointment is that the water pipe under the sink is blocked. Another thing I don't like is that the air in the room is not fresh due to the lack of air circulation. This is not unique to this hotel, on the contrary, it is a little bit better than other hotels. I write here not to criticize, but to hope that the air quality problem of hotel accommodation can attract people's attention.

Room was spacious and CLEAN!! We were pleasantly surprised with our room.

Bed was a little hard which made it hard to get comfortable. We were not expecting to have to put our credit card on file so after traveling all night it took longer to check in. I was not happy with that at all. I spoke to them 3 times before we got there and NO ONE mentioned needing our card. We pre paid our stay to save time and it didn't!!! I am disabled and we try to set things up to be as smooth as possible. This could have gone smoother and quicker

the staff were exceptional. the manager responded via messaging quickly and was accommodating. The property is located near several restaurants and in an area where we felt safe and right off I95. Don’t let the name deter you. We found this motel about 2 weeks ago on our way to Florida. I was apprehensive but glad I gave it a try. I’ve stayed in big brand places that I’d never stay in again. The motel was comfortable and exceptionally clean considering it is pet friendly. I have really bad allergies and I was fine and slept well. Also, there is a good size fridge and freezer. You can fit a lot in both.

The bathroom in both rooms we stayed in needs new grout. in the 2nd room the bottom and lower side of bathroom door was damaged bc it’s old and needs replacing. Otherwise no complaints

Hotel is back a bit from the road, and my room faced away from it so it was very quiet. It has 2 stories so it’s always nice to get a first floor room and be able to park outside your door. The two women at the front desk greeted me warmly and were lively and fun. They helped me pick Ruby Tuesday’s for dinner and it was a fine choice, with a huge salad bar. My room was large and had 2 big beds. I had plenty of room to spread out. The black-out drapes and quietness gave me a long, uninterrupted sleep. It’s also very clean. The bathtub seemed brand new. Water pressure is very strong.

I wish their breakfast didn’t end at 9. I didn’t know, came down at 9:10, and missed breakfast completely. Fortunately Burger King is next door and they serve a few good breakfast choices. Towels were a little thin; I used 2 of them to dry my hair and the rest of me. So the towels miss the mark. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the Deluxe Hotel, which is just off I-95 and very easy to find.

The lady who checked me, I believe is the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and housekeeping made beds, refreshed the towels, and empty trash for our second day. They are in the process of changing out all the carpet to new wood flooring. Our room still had the carpet, but it was clean and NOT 10 years old.

I can't think of anything I didn't like, except maybe there was no Continental breakfast. I understand when there is a Burger King next door.

The hotel is very clean. The room is a very comfortable size. There is a fridge and a microwave a TV and a nicely appointed bathroom. We had a small table and two chairs in the room and we really liked that. We requested a lower floor accommodation and we had a room on the first floor. We like being able to enter our room directly from the parking lot. The decor is dated but the condition of the room is very good and spotless. We stayed here before and we will stay there again.

We like the hotel. It is not fancy but for a one night stay it is perfect place to stop.

Room a bit tight, and we are not large people. Bed was comfy, even the pillows! Bathroom counter space one of the best we’ve had (although we don’t travel much, only couple of times a year). Whoever supervised decor used a bit of creativity.

When I (elderly female) stepped into the tub and reached up to check the shower head position, water shot out to ceiling and floor and me! Continued to drip. Room 101. Also bathroom door would not latch…looked like someone had tried and failed to fix it. Motel room lighting is rarely flattering.

My husband and I travel back and forth and we always stop in Fayetteville NC Midway to rest a few times a year and we always stay at the Deluxe Inn. It has everything we need for an overnight trip, clean room, coffee maker and more importantly coffee ☕ which is really good. Great staff, hot water with great pressure for 🚿 showers. Love it

Sheets had stains I didn't notice until the morning and floor left my feet black.

My husband and I love this hotel, we visit several times a year as we travel a lot and I have to say it's great, the staff was professional, friendly, extremely accommodating to our needs. The room while small fit our needs, clean, comfortable, has all we needed for the short time we were there. Hot shower 🚿, coffee ☕ and coffee maker, fridge and microwave, easy check in and out. Highly recommend.
