Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was supposed to be with free breakfast included. Indeed there was ONE breakfast included even though we were in a room with 2 people. We got charged for 1x continental breakfast (because my partner also took some from the buffet) and since they did not have eggs in the buffet we ordered an omelette. We were charged also for the omelette. If we would have known we would stick with the buffet only but I have never in my life seen a continental breakfast without eggs. Just a silly misunderstanding but I believe people could be better informed about this.

Our daughter got married in Fayetteville, so we stayed here to be closer to the venue. The front desk gladly worked with us to accommodate our early check-in and helped us get settled, so we could get ready for our big day. The smell when you walk in the front door of this hotel is intoxicating and it continues into the rooms. Everything is clean and well cared for. We didn't have time to use the pool/hot tub, but they looked superb. The breakfast was top notch. And I hate we missed the available bar that was open in the evenings for those who wished to partake. We plan on making a date night in town just so we can come back and stay here in the future!

The location, food, staff during checking/out. Breakfast staff was efficient, clean, very courteous and pleasant.

The cleaning staff was lazy, took all day to change the sheets and I told the morning staff @10:00am, the told the evening staff to do it. I know because we returned to the room @3:00pm and the linen was just being changed. Clean towels but trash not emptied. The entire stay no one knocked to see if we needed clean towels

From the time I entered building it was extremely beautiful great smells just amazing atmosphere the staff cherrie was outstanding and mr ford as well as the handsome Asian young man didn’t get his name but his smile and presence was amazing

The staff was friendly and if I asked questions they explained it clearly enough so could understand he example my bill and every cost .

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay and I would again everything was and place and I never got disturbed with loud and it was quiet so I got plenty rest.

it was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean, no mold, no dust, no unpleasant smells. my family loved the indoor pool. that staff were patient and kindly answered all of my questions and resolved any issue that I had. it was a great experience.

The staff was friendly and COVID safe. Do to certain hotel amenities being closed cause of COVID they gave free breakfast instead. The location was Awesome right near everything you would need for dining and shopping. I will definitely be staying here again for ALL my trips to Fayetteville NC for pleasure or business. Free breakfast was nice but the staff needs to date the yogurt cups they make so they won't give out a spoiled yogurt cup. I received a spoiled one and immediately threw it out. Pleasurep

I love the hotel it was clean very friendly staff pool was great. Breakfast was outstanding I enjoy the attention to detail and the clean eating area. Coffee was excellent.

I didn't like the room it wasn't what I had seen in the pictures or come with a kitchenette even thought that what i paid for I only stay because my family enjoyed it Cant say i did

I love this Hotel, it’s beautiful and clean inside and out. The location is perfect. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying at The Hilton Inn again. Thank you for everything.

Breakfast was very expensive. Never had to pay for breakfast at hotel before. Hector in the cleaning staff Was wonderful , very friendly and always working hard.
