I loved the hot breakfast! I loved the variety of all the other choices. I wished they served orange juice, they did not. The apple juice tasted watered down.

I understood this facility was understaffed. My family did not expect daily cleaning or restocking towels and linens. But in the 7 days we stayed, we were assured one day of cleaning, sterilizing, and change of clean linens and towels...but that did not happen at all! Our dirty towels stayed piled up in the corner of the bathroom. We even took our own trash out. That was very disappointing considering how much we paid for our stay.

I loved the size of the room...2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Additionally, I loved having a kitchen area that had nearly everything a kitchen at home has (minus a stove). The hotel had a nice, clean scent even though it's a pet-friendly place.The staff were very friendly...from the front desk to the eating area staff to the housekeeper who we were just passing by in the hallway. And, oh man, was I surprised that the breakfast omelets were very delicious! You know how some places cook food without taste? Well, the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend Home2 to anyone.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

As soon as you walk in the door it smelled so good. It was clean and the environment felt safe. The rooms are spacious. Everything was clean. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They are respectful of your sleep so there was not a lot of noise going on after 10pm.

I didn’t like that my room was not ready in time, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Location was great so was the plenty seating for the quest.

1- The Breakfast got to be the same. Just the Hot items. 2- I really needed a Walk in Shower but didn’t get but was never told why I wasn’t getting one.

Breakfast was AMAZING! The kids especially enjoyed it... they were worried they wouldn't like it and ended up LOVING it! That was the best way to start our day!

There was a child's toy under the couch and a stain on the couch cushion. These are the only "complaints" I can say I had. Everything else was amazing

The room was well appointed with clean and modern furniture. The bed was very comfortable.

The room is billed as a studio suite, which is misleading. It is not a suite. And, the room was booked through booking.com. We chose it because we needed a pet-friendly room. There was mention of an added charge.

Everything, the room was spacious, clean, smell good, everything was provided, from plates to utensils, to dish washing liquid to hand towels. Spacious desk to do my work, tv that move out from the wall, comfortable couch, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices, coffee always hot. Fresh fruits.

I was not disappointed, everything was nice.

The rooms were gorgeous and ample amount of space!

Our room had a bad odor when we got there coming from the bathroom and they didn't leave us any toilet paper. The room was also freezing upon arrival. The thermostat was set to the lowest setting so it took a while to get back to normal. Also, the lobby area had a strong cologne smell.

Room was clean n staff very friendly!

There was nothing in the room to wash dishes or dry them. Nothing to run the dishwasher. Plus someone's old groceries were still in the frig.

staff was very nice and accommodating ,hallways always smelled good bed was very comfortable

bathroom was really tight I could sit on the toilet and the door wood hit my leg if I wasn’t careful
