The comfort and cleanliness and size of the room. The amenities refrigerator and microwave. And the free Breakfast!! And pet stay free!!
Not enforcing quiet hours. There were people runyabs screaming at 12:30 am. Unacceptable!!!! Woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep. I heard the racket at 10:30 pm and thought they have another 1/2 hour to quiet and it did not happen!! Very rude

Very inviting beginning with the check in customer service and throughout the stay. this response and service was amazing,Room was super clean and when we opened the door it was warm on the inside despite freezing damp weather outside.
just a few small minor things broken in the room. toilet paper holder missing one side, sat roll on toilet, floor was loose in front of the bed.

Motel was conveniently located right off of I-95. Well kept lobby and room was clean. Really appreciated that pets stay free and the floors are laminate (no carpet)
We weren’t given the type of room we booked. But did not ask to be switched since the room was clean and otherwise satisfactory. The only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. So it was hard to fall asleep.

The staff was very helpful in booking a last minute reservation for a family emergency. They went above and beyond.
The breakfast bar was understandably closed due to covid. However during previous stays I thought it could have been better. Everyone in the breakfast area was waiting for either coffee, milk or juice. They can be more prepared. Maybe another staff member as there was only a front desk person and one other.
