Love this hotel. Stsyed a couple tines here cause I have family in spring lake. Most of tomes always good stay. Friendly staff. Quiet. Peaceful yet fun and relaxing space.

My room wasn't cleaned as well as it usually is. Didn't say anything that night as i got in at almost 1 oclock. But mentioned it upon checkout. Was given 10 off. Felt like a little more discount could have been applied being a loyal customer of this direct hotel. Dishes were dirty. Stain on floor. Urine in bathroom in front of toilet. Hair in shower. Overall, this place usually doesn't miss so i was a little dissatisfied. I can usually book and count on this hotel to overachieve..

The breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of options. The room was wonderful. Very comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Some of the doors would not open at night with our keycard. Parking sometimes seemed a little difficult finding a space. The cups for breakfast were a little small for my husband who drinks a lot. He ended up using one of the to go coffee cups instead.

We absolutely loved the suite. It was so spacious, and the refrigerator was everything we needed as far as keeping drinks cold without worrying about space

There were not enough channels on the TV, but they did have a sign up saying that Spectrum was adding more channels to each room effective today, 03/13/23.

Loved my short stay here. Came from a beach trip in SC with family on kids spring break. Wanted to stay in town with family that lives in Spring Lake for another da just to enjoy vacay and be away from home a little longer before heading back to Winston Salem. Enjoyed our stay. Awesome hotel and staff. Super clean. Military and family friendly. Amazing b-ball court and gym. Friendly staff. Good clean breakfast precautions taken due to Covid. Great options to choose from. The kitchen staff needs a raise and was AMAZING! Lovely women who need recommendation. Mrs. Mary i think one of their names was.

Loved ABSOLUTELY everything. Will ne my go to hotel when in area seeing my sons grandmother.

This time, the young man (Jonathan, I believe), was very welcoming. Polite, professional, communicated well! He gave me options, i.e., the number of keys, was the 5th floor to my liking, etc. Very pleasant demeanor!

The bedding didn't seem as fresh as that which was utilized during my stay, 2 months ago! Telltale odor of some chemical, by the fridge.

Breakfast offered eggs, sausage, fruit, toast and waffles. All were nicely prepared.

Room had a small kitchen. Several of the utensils were not clean. Pillow on the sofa were stained with what appeared to be ketchup. Top of the refrigerator was quite dirty. Just need a little more attention to cleaning between guests.

I loved the location cause it was close to several restaurants and stores. The staff was all super friendly and very helpful; they helped accommodate us for having a handicap room as well as a room that was kid friendly (2 separate rooms). Definitely a very clean and sanitary hotel. Best Hotel we’ve ever stayed at

I disliked nothing about it. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel

Staff was great. We grilled outside on the patio they provided all of the necessities and basketball court was right there for the kids to play in. Room was clean and comfy.

The breakfast staff was amazing but the food was disgusting!! I know with COVID things are different but the quality of what they served was not the standard we are used staying with them.

I loved the idea of providing breakfast every morning. However the quality was not great.

I didn't like being questioned why I need more towels. We traveled with a baby and there is always a mess to clean up. I would like to have more of them on hand.

Everything was good . Nice pool , bed was comfy and shower water was nice and not . Nice kitchen and staff also .
