Wingate by Wyndham, Fayetteville NC

We were greeted by friendly staff as we walked in. Check-in was very quick! Our room was clean, spacious, and in a quiet location.

Very minor issue that I didn't report. The shower curtain rod is loose. The curtain would slide down in the middle of the bar during a shower.

Eggs were not good, sausages needed to be cooked longer. Would prefer hard boiled eggs or actual scrambled eggs - not boxed fake eggs. Have a heater to keep the food warm. It was lukewarm.

The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The night staff lady who checked me in was fantastic. She was very friendly and genuine.

I was not happy with the fire ant pile I stepped in getting into my vehicle. They swarmed up my pant leg and foot since I was wearing flip-flops. I even went back inside and told the employee at the desk. He never even asked me if I was ok. He just apologized and said he'd have maintenance look at it. Not only did I feel brushed off, I spent the rest of my vacation day with a swollen foot and leg. If I'm going to spend $150 total for a one night stay I would expect the outside grounds to be on the same level as inside. Also, the lady serving the breakfast couldn't have been any more put off by doing her job. We wanted to take the breakfast sandwiches back to our room. She handed us 2 frozen sandwiches. I expected better.

they were short on cleaning staff and I when to check in after 3 and they didn’t have a room ready. I had to stop back hours later. one elevator down. am breaking I went down 745 not much left to choose from.

The staff was courteous, the main seating and dining rooms were always clean. Breakfast was great.

The room i was assigned to was not clean and smelled offal. However when i brought it up to the night staff they quickly accommodated me to a clean and comfortable room. After a long flight the last thing i expected was to be relocated.

I like the cleaning at the place was very quiet and very comfortable I will be back and the staff very friendly

I didn't like the breakfast every day is the same eggs bacon and potatoes for that hotel so nice need to change the breakfast to put variety and it will be 💯

Breakfast was ok, the air condition wasn't working are wasn't on in the lobby. Wasn't able to make waffle maker, machine was broken. Toaster wasn't Working. Ice machine, wasn't working on the 4th Floor.

the location was very convenient for me.

I literally can’t think of a negative… I guess carpet in the room is still yucky to me, but I’m getting picky to even say that. It was a great hotel.

I haven't tried the breakfast yet because the beds are so soft I couldn't pull myself out of it. I can't wait to come back.

The wifi got weird in the morning time and I couldn't finish my work at the room without using my phones hotspot.

Front desk staff was super nice and got us checked in quickly as we were going to a Fayetteville Marksmen game and food festival starting at 3:30. (our nephew is doing a college internship there). Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was perfect!
