Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Bragg/Cross Creek Mall

The fact that they charged my card for the 13 the to the 14th but I've checked out on the 13th before checkout time and now since the put took my money off my card now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get refunded and I have no money to get another hotel what am I supposed to do n the cold freezing with my son.

Clean and roomy and quiet

The front counter people were ok but made a few mistakes they accidentally put my card under another person's name because they were on the phone so they didn't pay attention like they should I felt as if they were slow but overall it was fine

Room was very neat & clean, staff was very friendly and fresh sheets & towels were made available daily. They provided adequate help when needed and overall area was safe, with great security on the premises.

The room was a good size and the bed was great, since I have a bad back. It was just what i needed.

I did not like the toilet. It was too low for me since I'm tall and I have bad knees. Sitting down on it was a little ruff. But I mad it work.

The breakfast was okay. I miss the buffet breakfast but I understand due to covid. The location was excellent you need everything the restaurants shopping mall very good

I had a little problem in the room with the bathroom the commode was stopped up but maintenance came and fixed it. Everything else was good clean smell good

Issues with the toilet flushing properly.

Weekend housekeeping was wonderful. I don't remember her name but she had a super personality and was very helpful. She was a black woman with grown children. I would have loved to have left her a tip but didn't trust anyone to make sure she got it. You are blessed to have her.

The front desk clerks greeted us each time we walked in the door. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good and nice it was included in price. It had cereal, muffins, bread and sausage sandwiches and eggs that we could heat in the microwave. There was also waffle machines to make your own which was a nice addition. The ladies kept everything filled or checked in with us while getting our breakfast to see if we needed anything. Location was great! It was near a lot of stores, gas stations and restaurants. It wasn't too far away from where we were going (Rockfish Speedway) and other race teams stayed at this same place. Would definitely stay here again.

The tub looked like it was being remodeled. There were jets but nothing to make them work. The tub part around the jet holes had chaffing of paint or stuff tub was made of.

Clean and comfortable

When I arrived the reception was closed, I had to go to a side window to pay, the man who was there asked me for my card password because the machine did not arrive at the window, I found it very strange, in the end he let me in through the door to put the password.

I enjoyed my stay it was my first time there so it was great. Parking was great as well I always had a place to park. Breakfast was always nice and on time.
