Hampton Inn Fayetteville Fort Bragg

This Hampton Inn had the most amazing staff!!! They were so friendly and helpful our entire stay. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. The lady running the breakfast was so nice and you can tell she loves what she does. I see there were quite a few people disliking the location but it didn’t bother us at all. We don’t go to a hotel to hang outside at night. We felt safe and never saw anything sketchy. Location is good for restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had provided us with enough towels and toiletries. Would book this hotel again if we ever come back to the area.

The breakfast was excellent and well presented. Organized in a way that promoted ease of use. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'm a little use to getting bed made up each day. But that was no big deal as when requested, the staff readily complied to my request.

The location was convenient to the event that we were attending. Parking was good. The staff members were courteous. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The ice maker machine in the hall across from our room made a lot of noise. The pillows on the bed were not fluffy enough.

Tony, who worked in the breakfast area was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly! There was also a front desk lady (I do not know her name) but she was also wonderful. She has a military husband, and was friendly and accommodating. I believe she said she moved here from California, if that helps identify her. Both of the ladies were exceptional, give them a raise! The cleaning staff in the halls were also very friendly and polite. Well done to all!!

The pool shower was not working and there were no towels at the pool.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and was different each day. the location was good, close to lots of stores and restaurants

the pool wasn’t open, the hotel next door had 1 or 2 shady people hanging around outside.

The property was very clean, the rooms could have been a little bit bigger, but it was good for a night stay. Hotel very nice, and would book it again, breakfast was good, location was nice for my route, close to my point of view.

They should have rooms to accommodate a family with private section from kids, but still it was ok, love the surroundings, it was in a section with not to much noise, and the surrounding was great, walking distance to shopping, I didn’t have no complaints

Very clean. The staff absolutely made the trip! Everyone, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, was so friendly and courteous! They were awesome!

The employees were so nice! Breakfast was upscale, Very clean (add some beef & Turkey for those that don’t eat pork). The beds were amazing and that shower head OMG!

The Hotel was amazing the location, as in being surrounded by other subpar hotels/motels was displeasing. Luckily once on the inside all that goes away. The brown or brick motel on the right side of the Hampton is a complete eye sore!

Handicap accessible rooms too far from front entrance. Hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast not very tasty, especially for people with diabetes and low sodium requirements.
