Comfort Inn Garner Clayton I-40

Property was extremely clean. The staff was very attentive and exceptionally nice! Our favorite was Consuellea (not sure if I spelled that right?). Pool was very nice. Just a great stay.

The only thing I can really say is wifi was spotty at times, and it would be nice if there was seating out in front of the hotel to enjoy the nice evenings.

The hotel is not high quality but the staff were. This place is excellent value for money. There was a little traffic noise but I suppose this might be less depending on where the room is located. Breakfast was ok, better than some higher rated hotels.

The traffic noise. The free wifi was a little slow but I wasn't using for business. The room was a little dark and the light switches were not able to turn all lights off from the bedside switch.

Overall there it was a great place. Everything worked as it should and there were no issues with anything. The staff were nice also.

There truly wasn't anything I didn't like. But there are also no frills here. You get what you get which is absloutly fine.

The bed was very comfortable. The fridge kept freezing all of my food and 225 smelled of mold somewhat. Alice was extremely helpful and kind as was the manager at night. I don’t know his name unfortunately but he was also very kind.

Coffee pot should’ve been cleaned and the fridge as well. Other than that. Everything was nice.

Beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom - toilet, stand up shower - were definitely renovated, new and clean. Tv was very nice, super high def large TV with nice programming with spectrum service. All in all a pretty good experience and comparable to other hotels in the area. My family would stay here again.

Because of covid breakfast was limited. Microwaveable sausage biscuits, packaged muffins, yogurt, coffee was available. But there was No bread, butter, cereal, fruit, milk. Room seemed a bit outdated.

We have stayed here multiple times. It's like "home". We feel safe. It's a great location. Our only issue is road noises. We live in a very rural area, not much for road noise. But it doesn't affect our opinion of the hotel.

Great location for our purposes of the trip., lots of places to eat. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Original room had not been cleaned, but the lady at the front desk quickly resolved the problem. Nice lady and quick thinking, thank you!

Clean, good location. TV wasn’t working, man at front desk went above and beyond trying to get it to work even offered to move us to a different room. No hotel employee has ever gone out of their way like that.
