Econo Lodge Raleigh near Walnut Creek Amphitheatre

It was easy access from Hwy. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my Requests. The young lady at the desk who I believe her name was Shakerah was a extremely helpful person. I was down for a softball tournament an got hit in the knee with a ball. Needless to say I was in a lot of pain an could hardly walk. She was kind enough to go an get bags of ice for me several times all weekend each day an even went out of her way to get me some aspirin as mine were in the car. I can’t thank her enough for all she did. I actually told everyone there how good of a person she had been to me. The young lady to alot of pride in her work an as a business owner myself that’s hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend staying there anytime. Thanks to Shakerah an the rest of the staff as all of you were on point. sincerely Robbie

The only thing I can come up with is the front door was locked an you had to open it by reaching down to hit the lever which I continuously forgot to do an felt like a idiot. lol

The housekeepers are honest and caring.

A guess who were verbally attacking to someone at the front desk and were disturbing our peace and comfort.

the only thing that concerned me was that another guest had a key to my room. they walked right in my room and i had my son with me. i had all the locks locked on the door after that.

Upon entry I was considered to begin with but as soon as I got into the room I was impressed with the layout and even more by the sliding door glass shower. Everything was clean.

Staff was friendly. Overall the room was clean. It was a convenient location.

What used to be the breakfast area was in disarray. The exterior looked like it needed repainting. There seemed to always be people loitering about. Bed was somewhat comfortable but slanted to the middle. There was only 1 each of the regular and decaf coffee pouches.

Good price and location. Fairly clean room

Carpet in halls need to be replaced. Walls and ceilings need to be painted.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean

I did not like the fact that there were people knocking on my door all the time of the night looking for people that I did not know also I did not like the fact that will people over my head running that sound like horses that cause me not to be able to sleep this is the first time I've ever had this problem and it's unacceptable I don't know if I would ever say that again I would love to hear from someone
