Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

The staff was awesome and the room was very nice. It was very clean and the location was so close to everything. The staff was so pleasant and was there for anything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay. Would stay again. Just needs a better breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't to good. I thought there would have been more. The bacon and sausage were the microwave kind and I never ate the eggs they didn't looking very good. I actually didn't really eat it. I ended up eating out for breakfast.

The property was clean! The flowers at the door were gorgeous!The beds were so comfortable!Breakfast choices and flavor in point!Staff and visitors alike as we passed so friendly! The pool is very clean and was a pleasant dip!Karen at the front rocked her position! She recommend the Red Crab restaurant and it was one of the best dinners and time we’ve had in a long time.She also offered directions without asking.Her smile and personality was so refreshing,she really deserves a promotion of the company has it available.We will visit this location again in the future and so happy to find this diamond!

I like how comfortable the beds were, and how clean the room was. The upper part of the wall in the shower needed a little better cleaning though.

At the front desk there was a mishap with me reminding my card before it was time to, and it said transaction was completed. The staff member told me it wasn't on her end, so I had to do it again. Basically the money came off my card twice! The issue still isn't resolved.

I didn’t realize I had a corporate rewards membership, they notified me at the front desk upon checkin. That was a nice surprise. The location was perfect as we needed to be able to travel back and forth to A&T. It was perfect for families. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel included breakfast was a good value. There were plenty of options nearby for shopping and eating.

It was a good price, clean hotel, convenient location and breakfast.

The gym equipment is old and barely functioning. I had an extended stay and was asked by an office member if I was there for work. I didn't understand why she asked the question? I don't think the why is relevant as long as I'm paying and peaceful.

Everything was good.The staff was kind and nice to everyone.Also the lady cooks were always nice with the food and font desk was good with people..

Not a thing...I was very happy with everything. .The place to me was welcoming and a nice change of scenery.Enjoyed it .Would go again soon .

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff members were great!

My only complaint would be having to request daily cleaning of the room. It wasn't bad, I'm just use to the room being automatically cleaned. Again, it wasn't a bad experience, just part of the new normal of America.

The whole property was very nice. I was worried of the things I had on back of truck and no problems. Breakfast was great. Everyone of staff was great. It was not perfect but so close the rest didn't matter. I will look for comfort Inn from now on. We stayed in many hotels this trip and this one was the best and most affordable.

The sink in the room was peeling. There was a roach climbing on the wall at breakfast.

I stay here regularly. It's my go to when I come to Greensboro. Clean room, pleasant staff, great location.

During this stay I had two people come tell me that I was supposed to be checked out when I still had two more days there. Extremely frustrating. Please note, this has never happened before and I understand that things happen.

We travel a lot for baseball tournaments. Clean room and friendly staff. Shower was nice and warm. Air was on when we arrived so room was cool. That was nice because every hotel for the last 8 weeks of travel has been warm when we arrived. This makes the 2nd time we have stayed there in the last month and I will continue to stay there when in the area. Not fancy but very comfortable. Front desk and housekeeping are always pleasant. No issues with my service dog also.

The area could be a little better as I think there are some people roaming around that cause problems. Cops in parking lot made it better.
