My room was very clean! It smelled just that, not like chemicals, perfume or weary travelers, just clean. I requested extra bath towels and they arrived quickly, warm and clean. Housekeeping was exceptional.
Staff were pleasant though not very helpful. The polite woman that checked me in had no information about room service or breakfast reservations though she said she’d been there four months. Later I asked for an actual glass and was told it was not possible. (This property has a restaurant and banquet facilities) I requested she ask her supervisor. The Manager on duty immediately sent up a suitable glass!

The facility was nice and clean and I loved the warm cookie you received when you arrived. The bed was soft and we had a decent view of the city. I would definitely stay at the Double Tree again..
There was really not much to complain about all was good for me and my sister.

the young lady who checked me in was friendly and knowledgeable-- the check-in process was quick and easy. she offered me a delicious cookie and water!
THere was only one working elevator. It would have been helpful to have both. parking was somewhat limited.

Clean, great location.
Not the hotel's fault but constant weed smoking and hotel room parties going on. Guessing a lot of people choose to stay here during their events. I dealt with it but next time will ask to be moved to different floor.

That the restaurant was not open and it doesn’t mention that when you book! And the view from the second floor window. The roof could be cleaned of weeds.

I loved how friendly the staff was. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator (because some do and some don’t) but they brought us one because we had Things that needed to be refrigerated.
