Location was great! The staff was attentive and the room was big and comfortable. I'm glad it was clean and it didn't smell like cigarettes. The kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The fact that I was traveling with a bunch of athletes competing in the Junior Olympics and there was no pool for them to refresh and have fun after the sunny and hot day out.

Everything was great. Staff very friendly. Room was a good size with all the amenities.

Only issue was the door keys never worked for the side and rear entrances. Very annoying to have a key that doesn´t work. Even more annoying to report it to the front desk and they acted as if they had no idea despite often times having 4 or 5 people standing at the entrances trying keys just to get in. Fix it!

This location is perfect for me. My room is always comfortable and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that they welcome my dogs and don't charge me a giant pet fee to have them with me.

I wish the freezer was strong enough to refreeze the ice packs for my cooler but it isn't. It would also be nice if every room had an air conditioner with a "continuous fan" feature. That's an excellent source of white noise and allows me and my dogs to not wake up every time we hear a noise outside the room.

The gym was missing quite a lot of dumbbells and attachments to the universal machine. Treadmills kept slipping which made running dangerous.

I loved that I could take my pets, the rug was stained but I get it. It would've been better on the first floor for getting the pup out but I didn't request it as we were there late and last minute. I'd go back. We left early, nice to be able to grab coffee and some danish.

The second floor was tough for the dog, stairs or elevator.

It was in a great location. I was close to some of my favorite restaurants and my favorite store which is Walmart

They where doing some work on the property. The pool was close because of that and my soap dish in the shower was broken

No complaints. Everyone was very nice. Hotel has all amenities and even with Covid they found a way to put out something halfway exciting for breakfast.

Room keys rarely, if at all, worked for rear and side entrances. Other guests also had the same complaint.

The staff was so nice and friendly. Room was spacious enough and clean.

There were holes in the sheets but clean. Rugs need more cleaning as many pets stay there.( Lots of stains) A bit overpriced for the accomodations. The breakfast is minimal.

We love everything about the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like were the families there that didn't have their children behave. A lot of door slamming and running, jumping above us. They did settle down around 11. Adults in hallway standing around talking very loud right outside door. Just no respect. Wasn't the staff's fault though.
