Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum, an IHG Hotel

The room was very clean and we'll put together. The bathroom was very clean too. When i checked in i saw a sign saying they had grits on the menu. I was very excited for that. Also i loved that they would have you put your car into their gated parking lot. Also there was twenty-four hours of security.

I didn't like that they would charge their guess $14.99 for breakfast. They should feed their guests for free. They charge over a hundred dollars a night for their rooms. You should at least give them free coffee. They charge for coffee too. So you can't eat or drink free. The snacks that they had on a shelf was very expensive too. Pack of M&M's were $2.00 very disappointed Holiday Inn :(

the room was very clean, bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels. Free coffee in the morning was a great help as well as the breakfast buffett (which looked good but i did not partake). Everyone was very friendly and helpful which was great since I was not familiar with the area. Hotel was withing walking distance to great restaurants and well as being within driving distance.

the distance from the main elevator to the lobby, wish I had been in a closer room - have bad knees so a shorter walk would have been nice, but it was not that bad.

Convenient to downtown and restaurants Quiet area. Well maintained property. Showers are really good. Soap and shampoo don't have the horrible Holiday Inn scents from years ago.

Still have toilets convenient for two years old children but not for adults. Showers should have a grab bar underneath the soap/shampoo dispenser.

Quiet, convenient to Coliseum, breakfast ..the staff in the kitchen and the man serving our breakfast were very attentive, friendly and very efficient ! The ladies checking us in were so friendly and efficient. The housekeepers kept the room very clean!

The hotel need to be updated, especially the bathrooms.

Hotel is located slightly more than a mile from the White Oak Amphitheater and Greensboro Coliseum. Room was well furnished, large refrigerator, ice machine close by, plenty of parking in well-lit parking lot, very courteous and helpful staff.

In-room coffee additive packs were skimpy.. Coffee packs were difficult to open. Remote for television didn't work while in the bed. Towel bar located above the toilet is possibly unsanitary. Didn't like rain drop shower head,. The refrigerator door was difficult to open..

Quiet and clean. Very responsive when we called the front desk asking for more towels and blankets.

Had an issue with the keys not working if you put them by your phone. We had to get new keys several times.

This is an exceptionally clean hotel. It is near the Greensboro Coliseum and we walked to our concert. The pool was also a great place to relax prior to leaving for the evening.

The elevators are very slow but there were a lot of people staying at the hotel.

The location was great! There are several stores and restaurants that are in walking distance of the hotel. All of the staff that I came in contact with during my stay were helpful and friendly. The front desk attendant was very polite and she explained everything to me with a smile. I must add that the hotel was super clean. High five to management and all staff. Keep up the good work!

My total amount confirmed when my reservations were made was different once I checked in. It was about $65 higher for some kind of fee that I wasn’t aware of.

Place of stay was comfortable and facility was nice!

Staff could be better trained on how they associate with guest. Decorum was not their best trait. If better staffing was hired, me and my family wouldn’t mind coming back for a stay.

Staff very helpful with local directions. Air conditioning great throughout the hallways. Close to wide variety of restaurants.

Paying for breakfast. I had no time to eat anyway.
