Comfort Suites near Birkdale Village - Huntersville

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast staff/cook the morning of the 6th was funny and her food was delicious. Definitely going to have to come back for another stay.

Honestly, I can't complain. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The staff was helpful and nice. The only things I can say I didn't like were the drinks from the bar area. An option for a sweet wine or even a more fruity drink that isn't dry would have been nice but maybe that's just the drinks they were serving that day. Just that and the location was a little hard to find at first. Other than that, I was satisfied with our stay.

Breakfast had a nice choice of items from hot to cold. I enjoyed the hot coffee. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful with my questions. The bed was super comfy and it was really nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room as I used both. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the color scheme of the room. Very restful!

The interstate right next to the hotel sounded like a racetrack! Nothing that they can do about that of course! I really liked the black out shades on the windows.

it seems recently renovated. Bed, linens and towels were all new and of good quality. Most of the staff is super nice and friendly. The lady that takes care of breakfast is super sweet & friendly.

On our 2nd night the toilet clogged and we called reception, no one answered so I went downstairs but the girl was not in a mood to help or do anything, the “best she could do was offer us a plunger”. Manager should pay attention to employees and train the ones in need of customer service skills.

I can’t say enough about this hotel, the room was clean & well lit. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt wonderful but the bed, omg I can honestly say if I could of thrown it in my car I would’ve.. I have never had a more comfortable bed. I felt like I was sleeping on feathers. The pillows were so comfortable that I was asleep in a matter of minutes.. the staff was so friendly an made us feel so comfortable & safe, I never want to stay at another place again, I’m hooked for life..

The breakfast was really good, one of the best hotel breakfast options I've had. We checked in Sunday night and the traffic noise in our room (318) kept my wife awake. I asked the clerk Monday morning whether we could exchange rooms for a quieter location. She put us in room 515 and we had a much quieter Monday night. Very pleasant, very efficient. Solved the issue.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

I had an issue with my card and the manager was so great working with me and getting it figured out!! The work staff that day was amazing even offered me a complimentary drink due to the troubles! They were so sweet and amazing!!

There was nothing at all it is a wonderful place and that's where I'll stay every time I come to visit!

Jonathan greeted me with a smile and a few laughs when checking in. He was amazing! My mom and I were very impressed by how nice the hotel felt when we walked in. The size of the room was also a plus. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room to spread out and not be a bother to each other. The breakfast could've been better, Jonathan said they have continental for now but are working on it getting better. Upon checkout, the gentleman was very friendly and also always had a smile. When people enjoy their job and/or the company they work for, it really shows. I am happy say that both employees I encountered here made my stay an over the top one. Overall, I was incredibly happy to have come across this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for providing exceptional service! (even to a loyal Dolphin's fan lol)

Hot breakfast is the only thing I had hoped for that was not offered at this hotel. They did have bagels which could be toasted and had milk and juice options as well as fruit and cereal choices.

I loved everything about this place...it's in a quiet location, the view outside when it's raining is clear. The sound of the rain hitting the ac panel is soothing it put me to sleep quickly, I could live there if I could.

Only thing I didn't like was the air was kinda stuffy, but that can be easily fixed.

Nice, clean and recently done up, modern, clean, room with excellent bedding soft and white, and comfortable bed. The room was big with a spacious bathroom. Lighting was good throughout. Clean, fresh smelling room. Good amenities in the room, including refrigerator, coffee maker and good selection of coffee/tea. Plenty of shampoo/soap in bathroom. Parking was easy and check in fast and efficient.

Liked the location so all good. Right off the highway so ask for a non highway side if you plan on sleeping in.

We stayed in a clean, spacious, modern suite. Blackout shades were wonderful. Breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was small and had no fan. Lighting was not sufficient, making the room oddly dark. Front desk staff was ok but not outgoing or explanatory at all.
