Breakfast was very nice. My kids loved that there was tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby during non-breakfast hours. The lobby was perfect for hanging out in the evening and watching tv or playing games. The location was perfect - close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. The room was bigger and nicer than expected. Fitness area and patio were great.

When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk. We only had to wait a couple of minutes but the same thing happened when our friends arrived and we also noticed it when other guests arrived. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

It's a new hotel: Very nice, modern. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, and keeps the hotel very clean. I had a king room with a pull-out sofa and it comfortably fit three people. The TV is nice and large and the bathroom with the sliding door is very nice and roomy as well. Their 🚿 was amazing! Their workout area was spacious and had more equipment than most hotels. There is a pond nearby and fire pits. The lobby area was so pleasant that I actually took my laptop and did some work! Great breakfast with fresh pineapple and strawberries, waffles, cooked oatmeal, etc. All for a reasonable price. I almost hated to give this review just because I don't want their prices to go up! 😂 We travel for soccer a lot. This is easily one of my top stays. This is my new 'go to' hotel in this area!! Loved it!

Just really nothing I didn't like. My only suggestion would need to put some towel hooks in the bathroom. 😂

Clean, modern rooms. Pleasant setting. Friendly staff. Convenient location (good restaurants nearby).

Breakfast was typical for an American chain hotel, short on fresh and long on packaged food. Would appreciate a more health-conscious menu. Rowdy neighbors kept us up late our first night.

The room was really clean and spacious. I enjoyed the time there.

I think the wall is kind of thin so you can hear the TV noise coming from next door easily or people walking by the hall way.

The room was modern and nicely appointed. The amenities were plentiful. The location was scenic and easily accessible great breakfast and nice selection. Pleasant staff. Great Value!

The room was quite clean, but the carpet wasnt vacuumed. It was definitely noticeable.

Cleanliness and comfort.

The changing of television stations was very frustrating. Not sure what you use for your television reception but it took up to 5 minutes just to change a station while the new station loaded. It was extremely frustrating.

Felice the chief caterer was an absolute delight! Keith and the front desk staff were awesome as well. I intend to stay here every time I visit Huntersville and I can't wait to see them all again

A lap pool would have been a nice design addition. The rest of the hotel is too nice not to have one. It made the facility seem incomplete.
