The location on our route worked well. Breakfast and coffee were pretty good. Shower was great. All staff was very friendly.

The room (401) was not clean. Immediately i noticed stains on the bedside table from a coffee cup that i was able to clean with a damp tissue no problem. That led me to examine everything else. The bedding looked ok, but didn't smell like anything. I want my white hotel bedding to smell like fresh clean bleach. The room was dusty, particularly the lamps. This room was not cleaned properly, if at all. If i hadn't been soo tired from driving in from out of state, i would've requested another room. Also, I don't understand why new hotels are built without exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

I liked the pancakes great idea. The coffee was tasty.

The pet policy. I brought my 16 pound shitzu stayed less than 24hours and was charged 75 dollars. I'll never stay again with my pet because the pet policy is wrong. We booked on booking.com it stated for dogs under 50 pounds 25 dollars a night we were charged 75 dollars. Talked to management no one was able to help us. Told us to call on Monday to talk Jon the general manager called and left a message never returned our call.

The staff was kind to us.

The quality of the hot breakfast really wasn’t good. Upon checking in the outside of the door to our room was pretty banged up and dirty with scuffs all over it. It was a bad first impression…. so I didn’t expect much when we opened the door but surprisingly the room was clean and we were comfortable.

the location was convenient. it was a clean, modern hotel with lots of activities to keep us occupied while being at the property. the night front desk employee Keldrick was absolutely amazing! He and my husband had a lovely chat about superhero movies, he was super friendly and engaging, he didn’t mind the toddler yelling “heyyyy!!!” to him a million times, was a great photographer for our family since we were all together for a change and all dressed up- and he got ALL the angles! and he worked very hard to get us in the room with a dead lock. He is amazing and needs to get a raise! (😉).

in one of the 3 rooms I had booked, the key didn’t work. it was very late at night, but the employee worked very hard to get us in the room to retrieve the items and moved to a new room.

Clean, fresh smelling facility. Pool table. Great rate. Comfy bed. No frills. Shower...no bathtub which I prefer because a stand alone shower is easier to get in and out of. Free coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Loved that there was no carpet. All laminate flooring!

Room was small, but OK for just two people. Access into the building was frusrating. Had to make multiple attempts swiping the card to unlock the door. Lamps were a bit underwhelming. They were more appropriate for a dorm room.

Nice location and it is a really nice hotel. I felt comfortable and safe there.

I would have rated this hotel higher but there was a strong smell of mold on the 2nd floor. Luckily I couldn't smell the mold in the room or I wouldn't have stayed there. The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean overall. I bumped into someone vacuuming the carpet in the hall. I almost asked if he could smell the mold but I held back.

Clean lines, uncluttered, no carpets-floors less likely to have mold/germs/others fluids or gunk like in carpeting, less surfaces with chance of contamination and allergenic properties. It was Swedish/Danish like with simple, geo-friendly materials, even food ideas (like the cardboard water containers) and gym was open 24/7, simple refreshing floor plans and NO SMOKING ANYWHERE!

My mom and i really enjoyed our stay and the staff at Tru. We will definitely be staying again in the future. It was close to my sons house, so the drive to see him was short. What a great time we had!

Our only issue, and it really wasn't terrible..there was a national basketball tourney in town and we had a floor full of 14/15 yr old ball players near us. They were enjoying themselves well into the night. I didn't make a call, because i remember being young and hanging with friends at a hotel.

Easy access immediately off the highway. Upon arrival, staff welcomed me immediately. Check in was fast and hot coffee was readily available. My room was fresh, clean and with hot water in the shower. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with many extra offerings. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Easy check in, nice lobby, AC was good, big TV, big parking lot.

Floors in bathroom and room were pretty dirty. The rest of the room seemed clean. The maid was cleaning the room next door in the early morning and letting the door bounce against the lock every time she went out into the hallway to grab something from the cart. Very loud banging sound, woke us up multiple times.
