Super 8 by Wyndham Huntersville/Charlotte Area

Friendly staff, very efficient. Rooms were very clean and when they didn’t have the single queen we requested they gave us the same price for a nice double on the first floor. Beds and bathrooms very comfy. Our favorite benefit however was how close it was to all the restaurants, stores, and even the family we were seeing, not to mention it’s just off the highways as well!

If you’re on a budget the breakfast is good for that, but I’d personally recommend going to the Wendy’s, Hardee’s or even the Waffle House just across the street.

While you could still tell this is a dated property, the rooms were wonderfully refreshed with modern updates and mini appliances. The beds were very comfortable but the shower was probably the best feature and felt like a massage. We were in town for a short weekend (soccer tournament) and this was the perfect location, safe, and perfect for our needs. Very nice for the price! Worth mentioning that staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The outside could use some sprucing up and this would make a world of difference. While trivial, I really wish Super 8 would update their logo for a more modern appeal. These aren’t really complaints - more so suggestions.

Everything was good except for a few things and they're written down at the next line the hotels in a great spot we've stayed there before enjoyed it will be back just hope the problems are fixed really enjoyed the door that went between the rooms it was very helpful

Room 228 the sink was stopped up. The toilets were really loud from the other rooms beside us. We also found beside the table at the bed somebody's extension off their hair at the headboard that was nasty and disgusting so whoever is cleaning the rooms are not doing a good job I am a Head Custodian for a school so I know the rules and regulations and that was one that does not work.

This was my only complaint,breakfast was advertised as part of the stay and there was none,only an apology on the door and a statement that said staff can direct you to breakfast places.I realize Covid has hindered some services,but many hotels are still offering breakfast,some with modifications,some just regular as in the past.I would have just liked to have been informed upon making a reservation that no breakfast was available,so I could have made a decision if I chose to stay there or not.(I probably would not have)Available breakfast is a big thing for us when traveling,so we can eat and go,rather than have to make another stop to eat.

property was the best Super 8 I’ve ever stayed at. While that’s a low bar, check in was easy, neighbors were quiet(traffic noise wasn’t bad but could be heard) and the room was clean.

Beds are rather firm. not unsleepable but definitely not optimal. Wasn’t any TP when we got the room, but that’s an easy fix.

When we booked the site said pet friendly, charges may apply. The $25.00 Charge I thought was excessive, considering the last place we stayed had no charge for our pet. The breakfast included was a complete disappointment!

The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient

Non smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in there. Didn't take too long to air out. 2 towels in a room with 4 people and I had to trade those two to get two more. Bit frustrating.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

The only thing I didn't like was my hotel room door didn't latch properly. As a woman traveling alone with a toddler this made me quite nervous during my stay.
