Hampton Inn & Suites Huntersville

When we arrived, we were given a room that faced the road construction, which was loud and we were unable to sleep. When we asked the front desk, they said the construction goes on during the night hours due to traffic during the day. According to the front desk, this had been happening for a couple of weeks and had no end in sight. However, the room rate isn't reflecting any knowing inconvenience. I asked to be moved to the other side of the building. The front desk did move me to another room, which was very kind and appreciated.

That we had to go to the front desk, to begin with. Since I had requested a quiet room, and there were rooms on the other side of the building, why would I have been given a room facing all-night construction?

Location was perfect getting to and from airport. I usually don’t eat a great deal for breakfast, but, it certainly looked fresh and appetizing. The front desk person was very accommodating when we made request for anything extra that we needed in our room.

The outside seating for enjoying the outdoors is very limited. There was one rickety bench at the front entrance that seated two people.

The room was terrific - my wife had to work and there was a giant desk in the room. The breakfast was the only downer - the eggs were very watery and inedible. And the sausage was not a breakfast sausage but an andouille type that was not good. We ended up stopping at a fast food restaurant instead.

I thought the room was lovely but zero view--glad there was a tree outside the window! It was also very quiet! I only interacted with two staff members but they were both very friendly.

I just thought it was very expensive but I'm guessing prices go up for graduation weekend at Davidson.

We did not stay for breakfast but did grab some good coffee on our way out. The location was perfect for us to travel out of Charlotte to drive up to Rochester NY. It was also close to restaurants for us to visit the evening before we left.

we liked that it was clean and most of the staff were very nice. the kids enjoyed the complimentary cookies too.

Location and clean. Morning breakfast staff very friendly and kept tables clean.

Food selection good but some quality of hot food may need to be reevaluated.

There really wasn’t anywhere to put my full size shampoo bottle and body wash while taking a shower except outside of the shower. Not a real problem though,considering how nice everything else was.

It was very clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very close to where my son lives.

We asked for a room near elevator as my wife walks with walker& we were put in a lovely room on first floor .Everyone was very friendly & helpful
